if possible, it would be great if:

a. player names were made obvious for non-japanese speakers. either by being sure to say the name clearly out loud before matches, meaning: not said fast in the middle of a long phrase, or if you could have video overlays of the romaji version of the names.

b. if you use ustream try to make sure the automatic recording is on, so that if people can’t be around to watch live they can still watch the archive of it. i’m sure it’ll probably be recorded by someone and put up on nico nico anyway, and maybe you’re going to record and put up a video too, but ustream recording is pretty automated and wouldn’t hurt anything.
