HCF+H is a very good poking tool since it can easily lead to air combos and has a pretty nasty stagger. Just don’t do the slash extension unless the chain hit or it will hit them another way (they’re dashing in over the chain with an attack, etc). Definitely learn the FRC for it, btw, it’s pretty easy.
Like the others said, Maruken is probably the best currently.
I don’t think she’s really meter dependent. She needs meter for rushdown (FRC mats) and some of her big damage combos but in general she’s not nearly as reliant on tension as characters like Slayer.
Nah, this hype will last a while, but AC ain’t going anywhere.
As for it killing MB, well unfortunately noone seems to like MB to begin with.

It said it’s just like the PS2 version, but the only reason why it got such a low score is because not everybody owns a classic controller and the default controls (nunchuck and Wii Remote) are HORRIBLE.
Most people who travel to the site and just see that score will be put off.
Or maybe they’ll get the PS2 version (I’m sure all Wii users still have a PS2!! =P).

Okay, a clarification request for something I saw on Dustloop: Is it supposed to be possible for Venom to do 5S© (3 hits) -> 6P -> 6HS, and then cancel the 6HS into Stinger Aim? I can’t imagine there’s enough charge time available during 6HS to make that happen, but it seems like the opponent can tech if I try to link the Stinger Aim after 6HS.
