You can easily test this in training mode. Guard gauge build and recovery speed are not universal.
Guess you learn something every day.
Let me guess, Eddie has the slowest gauge to build and the quickest to recover

It was made to address some bug glitches in the jap ver. and there still present in the U.S ver .as well.

yeah AC+ is just single player goodies (unless Arc Sys drops it into arcades, which is doubtful)
on the upside, the story mode looks fun and seems to be driving home the whole “Sin is Ky’s illegitimate son with Dizzy” thing from GG2. also JUSTICE CLONES.
Anyone here have Plus? It’s supposed to have Kliff and Justice right? I played at a friend’s house and didn’t see them on the character select screen. Are you supposed to unlock them or something?
