A big shout out to everyone in Seattle. I’m a bit of a prodigal son with SF and decided to get serious about it this year since SF4 and HD remix came/coming out so I look forward to losing to everyone at Gameworks sometime in the near future haha. I was there with my fiance’ for a bit today scoping out the players after I got dragged to the wedding expo at the convention center :-/

wow are u serious? 1.50 american for 1 game is pretty damn expensive…75 cents a game in canada is already considered expensive but its a new game, i’ll be so broke playing sf4 in seattle its not even funny. i cant even wait for it to drop to 50 cents at my local arcade

Since the SF4 cab is going to leech off the people who might be playing MvC2, and it’s a long way between them, I am less likely to go to GameWorks at this point. =\
The SF4 machine is cool, but it’s a little island. That arrangement does not make any sense at all to me.

Is there much 3s comp these days, or is it all sf4 now there?
I checked the ‘where to play’ thread, and it looks like gameworks is the only place with 3s…is that true?

the movie theatre across the street at pacific placehas a really bad 3s cab so yea gw is your best bet. if you play 3s at gameworks some of the people that work there still play so you might be able to get some games in with them depending on what time you go. some of the regulars might jump on with you too but 3s comp nowadays is pretty scarce.

Yo fella’s, just wanted to say it was nice playing everyone for the past few days. I hope that people feel as if they’re getting better and knowing what they need to try and get better at.
Yeah man. I’m starting to realize my strenghts and weaknesses as a player. Seeing my faults and learning from them and maximizing at what I’m good at. Breaking bad habits/patterns is something I need to work on… and throws. Breaking throws
