I record videos using fraps while playing and don’t get lag at all.
If you’re trying to watch the replay in 4:3, just double click on the replay file, no need to open ggpofba. If Windows doesn’t automatically open fba, then you’ll have to right-click and “Open with” fba.

I just got my internet back on and I dont know wtf to do.
Been so long since i had to forward ports…
I Went thru the steps and I can get on GGPO.
But it says i’m the only player in the room, and then it say lost connection after 10 seconds.
I had the same problem with my new linksys router, but after I got the ports forwarded correctly it started working ok. I this think my new router is garbage.
Well I’ve found out the whole ipconfig thing and i’m still stuck.
Windows 7 makes it easier to get to the Modem another way, but Its still stuck at this point.
And what I mean is I can log on, but I can only see myself!

Are you recording other people’s replays, or your own matches? If it is the latter, you can read the posts above yours. They’ve found a way around it. Else, then I got no clue. All I know if GGPO loses sync if you change the screen resolution, being it watching or playing. Thus, it might lose sync while recording, too.
BTW, GGPO sucks for CPS-1 SF2. It used to lose sync very often when I played CE.
If you are on win7 you need to go to video-select blitter-and choose experimental this way no matter how many specs the match have your rec of imputs won’t be desynchronized, i use my blitter- enhanced to play but when tryin to rec if someone else spec the screen goes black and the imputs desynchronized (just if you are recording imputs), maybe this help
O and you can record your own matches if u will , just spec your own match, lower the volume to 0 in the spec window by pressing alt - , and then just record imputs
