Gen AE 2013 Buffs, what should he get?

Super Arcade is going to have a location test for Ultra for 3 days (Nov 29th - Dec 1st). I will try to be there for all 3 days to check Gen’s changes. Hopefully we’ll finally get some idea of what Capcom is doing to our old man.
