I can’t find it, could have even been posted in this thread since this is one of the only places where open discussion of this subject can take place, but I had found a post about two indie game devs talking, both good friends, one critical of Zoe and the other in her favor. Get into argument on facebook - take it to PMs. Dude in favor of Zoe admits that he doesn’t actually care one way or the other about the issue, he is only supporting her publicly because doing so gives him favorable press and a positive image. He then recommends his friend do the same if he cares about the future of his game.
So, it could be that it’s not even really about sex for favors. It could just be “white knighting to stay alive”.
What I don’t get is why she didn’t just fuck someone who would help her make a good game. Artist+Programmer would take half the time and create a better product. As a plus, a competent programmer or artist has actual talent, so her standards wouldn’t even be as low as fucking some random bloggers (be real, they aren’t actual fucking writers).
If you wanna fuck someone who types a lot, fuck a writer and have him write better dialogue for your text game.

Whatever happened in her past is whatever, but she had sex with prominent people in her industry in prime positions to push her product. Those individuals could have misled consumers into playing a product that was shit from the start. That makes it a public matter. What she wants is irrelevant now. That’s like politicians who blast homosexuality and later on are caught in a gas station bathroom trying to push their pud into a hole. Yeah, you now want to handle that shit privately but you’ve brought the public into it once you went on your podium and spoke up about it.
