Iam I the only one who kinda likes this controller a little. I hate the d-pad but after I got used to it. I make less mistakes, I cant execute shit on ps 2 controller sadly.

Sent an e-mail to my district manager today requesting more information regarding the tournament. Hasn’t replied yet, but I’ll post something as soon as I know.
BTW, with appr. 2500 stores participating, I’m probably not going to get my hands on a comprehensive store list. Just call your local Gamestop and pester the shit out of them until they give you the information.
Man The 360 controller!? at least have a ps3 controller. This is just like the smash tourney when we were forced to use the wiimote and nunchuck (the worst) with no idea how to play. There was more falling off the edge than fighting, it was horrible. Now were forced to use a standard d-pad, c’mon Gamestop has to stop being so by the book with these rules. It should be a bring your own controller event.
AT LEAST let us use the tournament edition stick or the sf4 pad. :annoy::rolleyes:

thats what im sayin we should be able to use the new controllers, especially if we brought them. its unfair to those who buy the $150 Tournament stick cus now heres a tournament and u cant use it? Bullshit! Whats so wrong with unplugging the trashy d-pads and plugging in the new ones at least for one event.

Seriously how in the world do they expect us to use the pad? I can see it now:
“I missed my Dragon Punch again? F*cking 360 pad!”
“Well I missed my EX move again trying to hit two punch buttons with my thumb.” 
“Ugh my Zangief all of a sudden can’t do a SPD on this shit pad.”
“Um…I play Balrog and do a lot of TAPs. This requires me to hold done three buttons while hitting other buttons so I can attack. Is this even possible on a pad? WTF?”
“This pad won’t allow me to do an ultra with ANYONE.”

It’s probably going to be one round and damage 4 to speed things up. I wanted to pick Akuma and just drop raging demons on people left and right (it’s the only ultra that’s easy to do with the 360 button layout, plus it’s funny), but at damage 4… 
any word if they will map ultras to a button unless there is another way to do it
