Games Only You Have Played

I’ve played both Smart Ball and XCOM. Smart Ball was one of my early favorite SNES games.

Jumping Flash, bitches. WHAT.

Leave srk for even mentioning that horrid piece of shit, I rented it once…:wasted:

One of my favorite games from the psx era, comparing stats and mixing your best monsters into the optimal beast was endless fun.

The sequel was COMPLETELY different then the original (had an obviously larger budget too:rofl:) I loved them both, but yeah I agree the sequel was hella hard it took me more then a few tries to see what attacks combo together well.

R.A.D. was a great game because it really gave you the feeling of controlling a giant hunk of metal.

90% of the games listed in this thread we all have played:rofl:

Random games I think i’m the only one to have played:

Zool. I’ll bet no one’s played that other than me.

I remember Zool, it was that horrible puzzle game for SNES right?

Everyone that I knew have all played Mutant League Football, but everyone was so surprised that there was a hockey version of the series.

Nope. Zoop is that horrible puzzle game. Zool is one where you’re a ninja alien, running around on candy, throwing fireballs at giant bees with film canisters in lieu of wings.

The Oneechanbara games

On the SNES I remember playing an action RPG called Illusion of Gaia. I have no idea why I was excited to play it but I did. It was ok. Not much more than that.

Illusion of Gaia was HELLA good. It could have easily spawned a series of its own, and if pulled in the right direction, it could’ve rivaled the Zelda series from that point onward.

As far as my contribution to this thread goes, Krion Conquest. Capcom could have EASILY sued the hell out of the company that made this game, as it was a blatant ripoff of the NES Mega Man games, right down to having the same enemies.

I played Vandal Hearts. And yeah, Illusion of Gaia (and the game in the series before it, Soul Blazer) are both god tier. Little known fact: Terranigma (that awesome SNES game that never came out here) is also a part of the Soul Blazer series. Each game is different but have recurring characters or themes.

Also:

  • Bubsy for SNES (the 2D ones)
  • Smartball for SNES (an action game where you were this blob)
  • Xardion for SNES

I think it’s actually the 2nd in a series, no?

The 1st being Soul Blazer, and the 3rd being Terranigma. I could be wrong though.

Anyway, all 3 need an updated re-release.

What about Dragon Seeds?:xeye::looney:

I like how my dragon looked really normal, and once it evolved for the 2nd tme it would turn into something like giant bee with 3 wolf heads and a dragon tail.
Yeah… it was more random than creative, lol ;o

Damn… Illusions of Gaia.
I’m thinking of getting a prem account again just so I can put my old avatar of Jackal(?) getting burned alive in the temple.

I miss that av, why did I ever change it T_T

yeah I think thats the order. I never did finish Terranigma. I need to do that

i have that on PC, pretty neat at least

anyway NES metal storm and wario’s woods, the latter especially since it was so much more fun than nintendo’s other puzzle games yet as far as those go all anyone plays is dr. mario (you mean i get to push junk pills into a corner for half the game?! AWESOME) and tetris attack (might as well just be WW with simpler rules and no platforming element)

There was this one game a while back that I played…It was grid based, kinda like FF, but no job changes. The characters you’d get would be able to summon these creature things, and it pretty much worked in a rock paper scissors kinda thing. I forget the name though…I think it was Kartia or something? How popular was that?

before I was in touch with the gaming community I swear I was the only winback fan

Anybody ever played Snow Bros. for the NES (I think). Wonder how popular that game was; it was kind of a rip-off of Mario bros but with snow men instead of plumbers. It also had a bubble bobble type game play. It was too fun cause you threw snow balls at the bad guys and roll them once they were covered.

what yall foolz know about that B.O.B on SNES??
it was about this robot tryin’ to go out on a date with this Robot chick but he hits an asteroid while drivin his old mans car…he crash lands on a strange planet and has to fight these weird ass creatures an shit and get back to his date in some fresh wheels…of course he was naturally equipped with arm laser and gun attachments out the ass…lol…the boss fights really made this game…fun times…

in the end when u finally get to u’re date…its just some naggin’ ass chick that won’t shut her mouth for 2 seconds, so he peels out on that biatch…lol…

maaaaaan…Xardion was so much boo boo…my momz took me to the store and let me pick out a game…i saw that shit and just knew it was gonna be hot…got to the house and was utterly disappointed…i was forced to play through that garbage of a game though because when i told my mom i wanted to take it back she wasnt havin it…

hey…what was the name of that platforming game where u feed the animals candy and then u can ride on them fight and stuff…i think it was on NES…wasn’t it Nemo’s DreamMaster or somethin…that shit was pretty fun…

TOKYO BUS GUIDE!!! for the DC.

Now that was a rare game I’ve never heard of from anyone.

Elemental Gearbolt… This is probably the one game that I have played and was neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr able to beat… that shit fucked me up every time i played it
