Yep, and depending on how much money I have left after the tourney (and her) I may take up whoever is making challenges for the money matches, unless it’s MVC 2 or 3rd Strike since I wouldn’t stand a chance in hell anyway. I may try to get Lamar over there if possible but my hours have been crazy.

He wont play you, cause he only plays money matches with ppl he thinks he can beat. Most you will probably get is quarter matches…
That defeats the purpose of putting up 10 dollars for a game. If you’re not confident enough to put up a challenge for all challengers…then you should probably keep it to yourself. I understand he was quoting GiefRules but if he’s gonna put a challenge up for a money match…he’s gotta accept if someone is willing to put the money up. He has the money (or so he says) and I do as well so that should be enough. I’m up for the bet and if he chickens out/runs out of money all of a sudden then yes…I can always do quarter matches and come out with like 3 bucks. He’s always talking about how he’s beaten this and that person so I think he should be able to take on a new challenge with confidence. If he’s a scrub hunter then that’s fine. Petty money matches are fine with me.

What’s funny about this is i can count on one hand the times i have played against mike, all of them being at least 2 years ago.
The entire reason im doing this is to shut him up. He claims to want to be the best in NC, and he challenges ME?!?!? If this were A3, I would understand, cuz there isn’t anyone in NC not named Kevin Michaels that has ever beaten me in a tournament, but if he seriously wants to become the best in 3S, there’s better people to challenge.
All things aside, I have the money to blow, and I dont back off on my bets…c-ya on the 16th.

well thats just the problem. everyone who is comming or pretty much everyone who is comming is down for 3s teams. i think it is gonna be kinda difficult to pick teams out. unless maybe we can make two teams? i dunno. i propose that a RPS tourney decide the teams.
You guys should definitely do a mini-tourney to decide on teams, that’s what we’re doing for GG. Round robin, five best get to be in on the team.
We don’t all live close enough to do that just yet and frankly…besides Gunflame and Shazay and the other random GG regulars…none of us play enough/care enough about Slash to…care. A mini tourney in the hotel might work. I play enough where I could randomly get a match in but that’s about it. If anybody wants to throw me on the MD/VA Slash team I’m definitely down for it.

LOL. I dunno bout RPS…I have bad luck in that game and it would suck if somebody who had the credentials to be on the team randomly lucked out of the team because of RPS. This should be the best of MD/VA vs. NC. I mean…if that’s the way it’s gonna go down then that’s what it is but…I think there should be a better way to decide. Like maybe a mini round robin in the hotel or some shit.
