Here’s a question for the GC kids, is there a possibility of Blazblue tourneys being ran there? Or would it just be SFIV? I think adding Blazblue could up the number of people that are willing to set foot in the place. Yknow, like Elias.

ummmm don’t go to the 1 out of 5 tourneys that are tourney play… I’ve been to GC 5 times and once there have been smash kids. You look at the calendar on GC and if it says tourney play don’t go, otherwise it’s out of sight out of mind.

wow tourneyplay is like the big tournament for them. It could be a big tournament for us too if more people go. Let me just ask this:

I think GC’s is the next best thing. Listen, EVO isn’t the end all for this or other games, I mean the line-up for next year is already going to be adding 2 games (you know blazblue, and tekken 6 will be on the line up, maybe kof12) and then SFIV again, I konw after EVO there’ll be a slight slow down and “break” for some, but we need to keep on truckin. I think a 2nd place that consistently holds tournaments would be awesome.
Honestly I’d like to see GC’s run SFIV tournaments bi-weekly but the only way we can even make that happen is to support them and to go, and really it isn’t that far to lynnwood for most minus Trace, Brent, Ian, Mandel. But how hard is it to car pool? Shit come to my house in Bellevue and I’ll drive three ppl to GC’s.
I think GC’s could be a great venue not just for SFIV but for any fighting games that are out/coming out. People just need to stop being bitches and go

Don’t think so, I think smash and street for GC are both beign run @ NWmajors this month.
This. I’m down to learn this game, and a lot of other people feel the same way. Having a place to learn and compete in a game that doesn’t really get play at other gatherings is a much better motivation than more street fighter 4 (although I will play that too :bgrin:)
Tournament this Saturday @ 4pm. Bring 360 copies of the game and sticks!
I can talk to the other BB players about coming out to GC and having the Continuum Shift setup brought out.

When does GC ever start on time? I think we were only an hour or a half hour late last time but nonetheless… you could prob still make it
