:lol: yo it’s crazyness!!! we got smash Bros. Brawl tourny FFA at 5:30pm and Singles at 7:30pm on May 2nd (friday) at chabot college in Hayward.

and we have MADDEN 2008 on the Ps2 on May 3rd (saturday) at Game Crazy in Union Landing in Union City.

On May 9th we have Call of Duty 4 on May 9th (friday) at chabot.

please come for free play and casuals as well.

also off topic but KCRH 89.9 (chabot college’s radio station) is having a car wash this saturday from **9am-4pm ** at chabot in parking lot A so if any of you know anyone that needs/wants a car wash please tell them to come down and get your car washed. :wgrin:

Just a heads up for people reading this thread, whenever tourneys are going to be held at Chabot, I’m going to be trying to bring my PS2 with Arcana Heart. If you have anyone who wants to learn/play the game it’s the place to be. I’ll try to make it a lot more often than I have been in the past so I can spread word about this cool game.

1. Do I have to be a Chabot College student to attend?
2. Are you bringing it this Friday, May 9?
3. I’m planning to go from Hayward Bart to the 92 to get there. Is there a better route you recommend?
4. What times are you going to be there? I have to leave by 9pm (bus stops coming around 10 and I’d rather not get stuck)
5. Does the $10 entry fee apply to Arcana? I just started playing, and I’m just looking for other players and some casual matches.

1.No, you don’t have to be chabot college to attend. I go to Ohlone.
2. If the stars are in position and I don’t have anything coming up then yes. I will post in this thread if I do go.
3. IIRC Bayfair bart to AC 97 bus is better

5. Nope, I’m not running a tourney for it. I’m just trying to gather people to play.

:lol: as a lot of you may know that went to the danville tourny we have **Tekken 5DR **this friday (may 16) at PlayNTrade at 5:30pm check it out. :karate:

we also have a new line up of games from may 16th-June 13th and I’ll but that schedule up very soon.

yes you are open to and we encourage you bring your own sticks/controllers
we do have some but it is best if you bring your own so people in general have less excuses:wgrin:

as for new games to add to the roster we have now problem with adding new games to it but we just need to make sure there are enough people that are willing and able to participate in it. If not then it’s basically like a waste of time:sad:

as for the exact version of SF2 we are still deciding it but at the moment it looks like it will be Super Turbo and it will be on the Ps2.

I’m sure ST HD will be out by then, why not use it on classic mode? There is input lag on the CCC2 version anyway. Also you could use AE on ps2 and only use the ST characters(old versions also)

:lol: yeah I believe we are already using the AE version for our ST tournies. Dang I’ve been very busy with finals and everything we’ve (Game-Zone Recreation:tup:) have been doing with meetings and such for our anime convention called Kin-Yoobi on** August 9th**. :woot::woot::woot:

O and the tekken 5DR tourny on May 16th got canceled not b/c of lack of players but b/c the power went out in the store right before we were about to start. :sad::shake:

but on one saturday out of the month we have tournies on saturdays.

7/18/08 and 7/25/08 are at playNtrade. :wgrin:
