Hey guys, I just moved to Stow, OH in between Cleveland and Akron and I’m looking for some SF4 competition. I used to game at arcade UFO in Austin and so I’m pretty good, so I was wondering what the scene’s like up here and where I should go for some gg’s. Any tips or recommendations would be good. Thanks.
there are no arcades left in cleveland… the closest thing we have to an arcade is shitty dave & busters in westlake… we have a group of ppl that get together and play every wednesday out in macedonia [which is about 20 min. away from stow]… we play everythin for sf4, mvc2, hdr, tekken, and a bunch of other shit

New player here, just started to get into fighting games when SF4 came out. Been playing games for most of my life just was never into fighting games since most of my friends didn’t play them. I’m up to play/learn any games and meet some cool people. Seems like a great community around here and would love to be a part of it. So if you guys can tolerate a someone new to fighting games i’d love to get together and play and learn. I live in Cuyahoga Falls so I’m right next to Stow Garfieeld

Long time member of srk, but new to “serious” fighting. After getting peaced out at SB and having to head home for a test I have to prepare for on Monday I learned that Ghaleon hosts fights in the area.
I live in Ohio City and am hoping to take part in some fights so I don’t get random Ultra’d by Auto-correcting Blankas so often. I need to work on my real-life timings as online causes my moves to whiff by small amounts.
Anyway, posting here on advice from Ghaleon for some fightnights.
Yea if you’re looking to get better you gotta face people off-line and travel.
