I wonder if we can combo into Firebrand’s level 3 normally. What about just Bon Voyage -> Chaos Tide, launch, dive kick loop? I bet there’s a way…

Yeah I just found that Bon Voyage does work, but has to be done so that Firebrand is in front of the wallbounce and close enough that he doesnt have to wavedash. You can set this up easily if you start from one corner to an air series > Aerial Bon Voyage > into the other corner > Chaos Tide

That is awesome, I can’t wait to get home and try out that level 3 combo. How many times can you loop the dive kick + H in the air? Did sentinel drop out because of hit stun deterioration there?

Same reason why I moved dormammu to a Dorm/Trish/Arthur team. Drones is way better than black hole at setting up unblockables for firebrand.

SNK Firebrand is way better. You have to consider the character within the context of the game, though. That game is slow and clunky in general. He wouldn’t play like that literally, but he’d have summons and neat things like that.
Personally, I wish Firebrand has some semblance to the actual Firebrand. Where the fuck are my crests?!

I ran my team of Viper/Firebrand/Strider in yesterday’s TNT. I ended up taking second to Shady_K but sent Ricky Ortiz, F-champ and Shady_K to loser’s bracket with my team. Hopefully some of that footage is helpful despite me not being able to do any of my cool tech in matches yet.
