2.SF4 guile is the most nerfed guile ever. I thought CVS2 guile was bad. SB is still SB, but hes missing the other 50% that make him guile…FK.

CVS 2 Guile was upper mid. Not too bad. Flash kick sucks in that game, but it’s all about standing MP. Stops like most jump-ins which is nothing to sneeze at. And his L2 supers were sick. This Guile isn’t that bad, you just have to think a little to use him. Guile flashkick isn’t his problem, it’s his messed up pokes. I can live with a shitty flashkick, I can’t live with a d.mk, f.mk that have no range.
Clint is just one guy, and I don’t know how good his Dhalsim is. Nor do I know how seriously he take SFIV. I know he loves IAT to bnb, but that’s only effective if you can’t stop it. During Final Round I was new to the game and didn’t know how to get out of that. So outside of that, I don’t really know how effective Clint’s Dhalsim is without IAT shenanigans. Seems like it’s rarely used in high level play, at least from vids I’ve seen.

oh i kno hes da shit in cvs2, he aint top for nuthin. i was emphasizing on guile as a whole in both games. if you dont kno how to RC in cvs2, guile= shit. if you do kno how to RC, guile=top tier. same appiles to Honda in that game too.
