I’m not playing Wesker, just saying for him to randomly press S every now and then carries almost no risk with an air combo as a reward.
Dude this game doesn’t have a legit pushblock.
Advance Guard damn near pushes the opponent full screen way and you backwards too with no chance to actually advance or begin your own offense.
The advanced guard seems pretty easy to execute BUT the punishment for whiffing that shit sure the hell ain’t worth it, specially against Wesker,Dante,Sentinel,Amaterasu,Dorm,Chun-Li and the Weapon X Crew.
The distance away from each other after advance guard is activated seems cool… but damn near everyone is either playing projectile characters,a character that can wave dash fast and take up 2 sweep distance lengths, or a character that has great overheads you cannot evade!!

I’m curious to see who’ll come on top for MVC3 at the next revival - Everyone says that the game is way too easy and that they’ve already discovered how to 100% characters, but I’m just curious to see if they can hold that up in a tournament against another strong player who knows how to counter all that cheap malarky
