Excitebeast always has quite a bit of hype behind him when he plays. I think he’d be a much better play if he just admitted when he lost instead of blaming the stick/game/divine intervention from costing him the match.
At Fry’s Electronics they sell a universal charging cable with all the different tips for $59.99. With employee discount it’s only $45.00 or so. If I am up there and you come through to pick it up I’d let you use my discount if I am working. Lastly, you could just return it once you are finished. Although I’d highly recommend you keep it around. Those chargers work for every laptop and you can help out another friend or use it as a spare in the future for any laptop. Hey guys, I’ll be in ATL Sep 4-7 for DragonCon… do any of you guys go to that or expect there to be SF4 events? I’ve emailed the gaming director but no response.
The gathering in Duluth by MetalMike is not the same thing as the Waba thing. Waba has weeklies on Sundays for SFIV and another, alternating game, while MetalMike’s gathering on Saturday is, well, just a gathering.
