you should be able to talk. There should be a tab that says “social stream” and one that says “chat”. It’s right next to the stream player

Hey guys, I’m pretty new here. I’ve been playing SF4 like crazy, but I’m still pretty noob at it and was looking for people I can play with so that I can get better, and I’m also interested in getting into the SF4 community.
IC. There’s no tab for it here, I don’t think. I thought by “talk” it meant that. I think it means “type.”
