Love that The Rock is playing Roadblock, and that Bruce Willis is in as the Original Joe. I kinda think the guy they brought in to play Flint looks too young, but that’s just me. Also, the lack of Baroness & Destro sucks, but I’ll probably see the movie anyway…

Didn’t look like a retcon. If anything it showed how he managed to escape the Cobra headquarters from the first movie. We’ll have to see though.

The suits didn’t bother me. I was glad it was only restricted to just that mission though. The first movie did some things right and some wrong so i enjoyed it for what it was. Glad they’re going for practical effects for this movie. The ninja stuff has me giddy as hell.
Female count wise in this movie, we got Lady Jaye, Jinx, and Scarlett???

You think thats bad? Look at the other toy based TV Series - transformers, those dudes are ROBOTS with LASERS, that means they pull the trigger with computer precescion, and a beam the speed of light shoots out.

Yet how frequently were they killed? GI Joe was just full of people who spray and pray…

EDIT: Worse than that, Megatron and Shockwave were GUNS. Two-story tall, computer guided, laser-spitting GUNS!! They couldn’t even hit a few humans? :nono: If that were me, I’d just go home and climb into scrap heap myself. Somebody dun goofed.

the only GI Joe movie stuff I remember wsa the Cobra commander (or Serptentor…someone) really turning into a snake or something like that, and then the one against drugs that had the headhunters who wore al black with the golden mask (I fuggin LOVED Gi Joe’s with mask…true ninja at heart).

I liked the first film for what it was, didn’t think anyone was “bad” acting wise (though YO JOE could of been said with more…uhmp!)

So is CC being played by someone else or removed from the film?
