G.A.M.M.E. - Orlando, Florida - USA VS. JAPAN! $5000+ SF4, June 4-6 2010

Just waiting on my next paycheck before I register xP

Coming really soon… Being on the road constantly skews our catch up…

after talking to Big E… here in philly i think i may have a chance to come down to this please add my name the the list… im 95% sure i will be attending

I have a question. What is required to actually sign up? Do I have to buy the $35 pre reg as well as the tournament tickets or can I just buy the tournament tickets and just play in the tournament but be barred from other sections of the venue?

If I’m not mistaken you still have to pay the venue fee. But from the looks of it it will be damn worth it!!!

im waiting for daigo confirmation

Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone signed up here? I emailed G.a.m.m.e and they have yet to respond and it has been days. I really don’t want to spend $35 if I don’t have to.

yea the fuck right

How much did you read? Or it is that you saw that and you were like Oh hell no!

But did you follow it through??

Have a prob with them donating to worthy causes?

F*** yea I’m in for SSF4, hopefully wont get pieced out too soon lol. Catch yall there

Hey, I have a question.

On the pre-reg website, when clicking on “more info” under a game tournament, it says:

“SSFIV: Singles - Please use SRK Name in the First Name Tab.”

My question is, where is the first name tab? I don’t see any place to put a name at any point between the pre-reg page and the paypal checkout. Is this an error or am I missing something?

which email did you send it to, we have responded to all emails on our list of messages over the last 3 months, there are no other emails pending. please retry sending your message directly to me - Manny.camacho@gpxgaming.net I will take of it myself.

That is getting fixed by next week, event brites system changed our data sheet - your first and last name are fine.

So we have had quite a few developments - mostly good ones. we had been approached my MLG in regards to our dates - because they want our players and attendance body - we told them we had been promoting our dates and event for over a year now to the competitive community.

We have spoken with players about this event and MLG and for the most part we are not bothered by running up against MLG - they have relatively screwed over different tournament circuit players, from Smash to Halo and now are trying to throw SSFIV and Tekken into the mix.

I say that is good for community as long as they do it right.

They offered for us to move our dates and cover our fees and expenses because they are completely locked into this date - personally I was a little irritated, they left Orlando and now that we are developing it they come back…but I will overlook this and make it a positive decision to help the community out. Instead of battling back and forth we can make it so everyone can go to both.

We are OFFICIALLY moving our dates.

We have 3 backup dates

2 of which have conventions in Miami that recently announced

August 20-22
August 27-29 - originally leaning here
September 24-26 - potentially going with this one

I am letting you guys throw in the input. I had made any official announcements to not confuse the attendees or go back and forth until it was official, and some of it leaked through a conversation with another group and it had rumors going all over.

I will be on the boards more often, we have been touring insanely for the last few months promoting and setting up events without pause. this weekend we south of St. Louis Cape ComicCon and then MidWest Championships! which will be awesome!

The new website is relatively ready to launch and I am working on that now. I will be repeating this information on the site and slowly updating all our forum posts.

Please feel free to email me directly or email GPX @

Javier will be getting an updated list of names to start adding to the tourney lists - touring has been keeping us busy promoting.

The NEXT MLG event is in a completely different state(Columbus, OH) on June 4-6th and doesn’t even offer ANY form of Street Fighter Games. Unless they start adding Super I see no reason why Gamme or any SF event would interfere with their demographic.

MLG just bullied yall

MLG isnt even holding any good events rofl (unless they JUST recently changed it)
