I have almost 4 gigs of old school house that Junior Vasquez and the like used to spin in the late 80s early 90s in NYC. I’m talking Ten City, Lil Louis, Pacha, MaW, Uncanny Alliance, Frankie Knuckles,Armando…all the good stuff.
Anyone interested? I’d start uploading the beginning of next year. It’s like no point in my holding on to all this music for myself others might enjoy it. I might die and this stuff go unheard lol. I got it 3 or 4 years ago from a guy who was ripping his vinyls to put on youtube, and of course the page and the music is gone, only I have all of it. Most of this shit is pretty impossible to find, unless you still have a record player and willing to hunt down the vinyls from the dozens of dead record labels in chicago and ny.
The only fans of this stuff I can seem to find are older gay black men that grew up in chicago. But hey, I’ll take what I can get.

PS anyone into Applebottom? The last 5 or 7 years I have seen a shit ton of white kids chopping up old R&B samples and making some big shit with it.
Friday was siiick. My set went really well but I nearly passed out near the end of it because i had way too much to drink (I rarely drink but my nerves really got to me that night eventhough it was a small venue). i had a bottle of jd hidden under my decks, lol.

Sexperienced you have great taste in music. Glad to see UK funky and UK garage up in here!
I have a few studio mixes on my Soundcloud here if anyone is interested. https://soundcloud.com/devonsheffield
I mix live on CDJs and Serato when I play out but make my mixes in Ableton
With an iphone you can find the name of the song by detecting the pitch/frequency when its playing. If you cant do this you need to know the genre of the song you’re looking for.
