To me what this thread is about is House and being smooth and groovy about it. The kind of house that makes you look at a fine female who then looks at you and next thing you two are dancing but totally cool like n’ shit. So funky and so smooth and so so so House.

Yeah Mark De Clive Lowe is pretty tight. His main ish is more mainstream and r&b tinged but I’ve got a remix album of his and his live stuff gets ya dancing more. Here’s one for ya. I really only love it for the first minute or so. Like that shit… shit inspires. [media=youtube]gWZFqnZfpiU[/media]

yeah I remember seeing this. Dude is all over the place, I love it. Where’d u buy that remix album cause its been impossible for me to find his stuff to dl.

^^^ That’s definitely a problem. A lot of stuff is stuck in someone’s private set or was printed on vinyl only or some other limited release.

I think that corporations such as Apple and Amazon and Rhapsody should really push artists to release their stuff online and make the music accessible.

Alot of times the artists will have their own record company’s host the mp3s to buy. I remember discog or something being a excellent resource back n the day. I havent used it in a minute.

Tonight my friend spun a killer electric / house set at Jacksons Bistro Bar in Tampa (so you can get a idea of what kind of atmosphere it was in) and he played a house track that had the beat from TI’s “Why you Wanna” and when it came on it was like all of Tampa’s finest were hiding and waiting for the song and they came out and I was officially done. When I find out what the name of that track I’m going to post that fire here.
