I’m headed to my first ever tournament on the 24th of this month up in Denver - local king is a Blanka player, from what I know.
Aside from lk pinwheel punishing blanka ball, what are some of the major things to watch out for? (Especially on his wakeup)

um wake up ball and electricity. Bait with standing lk and if he shocks you blow him up with a big punish. If he blanka balls you just block and punish with a lk pinwheel or jumping mp.
Also go into the lab and work on learning how to stuff blanka balls before they get to you. Fuhajin owns blanka balls that aren’t ex balls. If he rainbow balls over you, just dash up and punish him with a nice cr. mk>ex pinwheel. Um his river run, the sweep move, is hella unsafe on block, cr.hp that shit all day. That’s about it for that match. Key things to do at the start, build meter and fuhajin him, don’t hold the stocks, let them go and he can’t get in on you without having to make mistakes such as river run or blanka balls.
Ugh, I just got destroyed by an A rank Cammy. The guy was reading me like a book. Even when I made a good read with EX kasatushi on her EX canon strikes she just countered with canon spike. 
I know she was nerfed a little, but her ability to combo also got better or so I heard… Some say she’s like a whole new character now.
Anyway I’d like to hear how you guys handle the AE Cammy so far. Do you have any tips on this matchup? I got nothing vs her except some setup in the corner.
The main thing to keep in mind is that you have to keep her out or she’ll blow you up. She has three ways of getting in and all her options can be blown up very easily. Spin knuckle can be stuffed with cr.mk or you can neutral jump hk her. Spirial arrow is punishable on block and you can focus the lk and mk verisons, hk and ex have two hits and if you backdash she catches you. If you’re feeling uneasy on the punish just foward grab her and put distance on her. You can also bait her command throw by fireball stocking. It’s only dangerous to juri if she has a meter but you can stuff it easily with cr.mp or far standing mk. Cammy has a ton of safe moves, most of her changes center around shorter recovery time on normals. If she’s in on you, the best choice is to block. Her dive kick can be anti air and focused for an easy punish, but watch out for ex instant air dive kick if she has meter and is on you. If at any time you feel you can’t punish cannon spike ex dodge away and when you dodge don’t jump up with it or move backwards, she’ll blow you up if you do. The match-up banks on how well you can keep her out and take advantage of your punishes and also building meter! She only has 900 hp so a few good punishes should put her down. Don’t be afraid to focus her, the only real armor breaking move she has is spin knuckle, hell you can even dodge u1, it doesn’t shatter. Hope that helps a bit, and if you need some practice head to the cammy boards and recruit a cammy for a set.
Thanks man, I already knew most of that but I’ll try to remember it next time I fight Cammy. I often get caught by her EX hooligan stuff. Sometimes I try to dash under but it doesn’t work often. I’ll try to anti-air with cr.mp or far st.mk like you said.
Every time I try to lv1 focus her canon strikes she just throws or pokes me though.
For hooligan just ex pinwheel. Thats a decisive “fuck you”. They won’t do it again. It’s a clear “I shouldn’t do that”.
But if you want to make them think try can you can try and c.lk. It lowers your hitbox and might force a whiff. It also has faster recovery than c.mp and might give you the option to punish bigger. If your c.mp whiffs you might be thrown or worse. Just some options to try out.
You zone that bitch back. I like far rh in this match. Stops jump attempts, goes over arrows, stops forward momentum. This match is base on forward momentum. You can’t pressure her freely so watch for cannon swipe. I don’t know anyway to stuff that although I did with c.mk the other night.
C.hp is great. Beats out dive kicks and jump ins. As always mk fireballs are nice little shields on a knockdown. Go into the lab and see if cannon swipe loses to mk meaty fireball.
For cannon strike, when you focus it you have to let go when she’s still in the air. The move becomes active by the time she hits the ground. With that being said it has to be a high focus… Like on your head or shoulders. Anything lower you’re gonna get punished.
Man I fought this fei and he was decent and had his chicken wing combos down. But he would just use chicken wing on wake up and I wasn’t even sure what to do. He didn’t do it fullscreen which is what I wanted. It was so lame. I started baiting it but it would still hit and the recovery just isn’t punishable. Unless it whiffed.
Well if you have good enough reaction you can actually punish his wake up EX CW with L pinwheel FADC EX pinwheel/U2 or close st.hp xx EX pinwheel. Right when he goes above your head you hit st.hp or L Pinwheel.
For non ex versions you can easily stuff with cr.mp or cr.hp.
It does. Well, depends on spacing. If you’re too close the canon spike just goes through it and hits you.
But in the corner I know you can lock her down using fuhajins, L pinwheel and far roundhouse at backdash range. Her only way to escape is by jumping or using spiral arrow which is unsafe.
Gotta zone fei back with a little bit of pressure from time to time. Make them feel helpless from full screen. This match is all about spacing. Stop rekkas, whiff punishing, stop jump ins. It’s about pressure with fuhajins but always being ready for chicken wing. If you’re far on wake up he won’t cw.

Never thought I’d say this but I need help vs Hakan lol. I played an extremely good Hakan player the other day, and man I realized I have no clue how to handle his shenanigans.
Is it me or does Hakan actually has a very strong oki game? I mean he can slide (armor break, beats back dash and jump), he can command grab or air throw. Same scenario everytime you block one of his slides. Sometimes it feels like I’m playing against a stronger version of Fuerte. I’m just not sure what to do. And his footsies are actually not that bad. They cover a lot of space.
Sekku, Dive Kicks and cross-ups die to his U2 so I’m not sure if FSE is the right ultra for this match.
Alright, now usually Viper is pretty free but last night I encountered a Viper that would ex seismo on feint and then after that he would just throw. Before he would just use hp thunder knuckle on wake up. But eventually stopped after I kept exploiting it. So he resorted to Ex seismo so I would use close mk and then when he saw that didnt work he went for Ex seismo feint and would just throw after that cuz throw beats close mk. Opting for crossups seemed like the best idea but idk what are any of your thoughts?
On wake up throw mid fireball meaty. He can’t faint. He gets hit. Ex gets a kd also.
Hey guys, i’m new to this Juri’s community and i must say thank you everyone for your tips.
I don’t know if that’s well known or not but I’m pretty sure blanka horizontal balls are punishable by U2 on block. At least I’ve done it once with my scrubby execution.
After a blocked horizontal ball, I did a reversal MK PW FADC U2 and it worked. Then I tried again in training mode and never succeeded again
Actually you can follow your FADC’d PW into U2 on any air move if you use your PW as an AA.
So I also tried it against Hawk’s blocked condor dive with no success. Can anyone with good execution try it for me plz ? 
Thats because youre meant to use Lk pinwheel FADC, and its only on heavy roll, it whiffs on medium and light (i think).
