You had the ruby one, right?
Just curious how it feels. The glass ones are VERY difficult to get 100% square and centered. I’ve done everything I can to prevent “gearshift knob” syndrome as I like to call it, but all of the ones I’ve sold thus far I’ve made sure that even if it is slightly off center, it’s not noticeable once installed and in use. Hopefully you agree. 
Before I put it on my stick, Sanwa JLF, I balanced it out and it felt very centered. Feels very nice in my hand and as light hits it the color reflects very nicely which gives it a nice effect. It does get warm pretty fast while playing and slicker than my plastic ball top if my hand is sweaty but I plan on it staying as the full time top on my main stick.
Recieved mine today, I don’t have any finished boxes but I slapped it on one that I’m working on to get an idea of the look…
Wow, that ruby winds up coming off very…hrm…“deep” red vs the buttons’ “bright” red. I guess I need to be on the look out for something brighter?

Is it possible to do the d20 topper in a different color? Like white… or are you just buying an oversized d20 that comes in that color and drilling it out?

It really depends on the situation. That D20 I had up for sale for $12+$4.50 shipping, but no one bought it. It’s still available.
If you’re looking for a specific color (ie, white) I have to look for one, but I’m sure I can do something.
Well, I’m a day late getting home. I got held up at customs. 
Anyhoo, I’m in Michigan, going to head out this morning and have another 8.5 hours of drive time ahead of me. Bleh. I’ve put over 2100 miles on my car this week. Not cool.
What is cool is that I’ve found a vendor of some unique “knobs”, 2 of which happen to be a chrome skull with red-painted eyes, and a small 8 ball. I’ll be ordering some sample pieces of those when I get back.
Oh, one more thing. You guys have had your tops for a few days now. Are you having any difficulties with the inserts spinning inside the glass, or the inserts coming loose from the shaft in any way? I tested as best I could, but now that more people have them, I would like some feedback in that regard. You’re all my personal guinea pigs now. 
I’m finally back. The new bit arrived while I was gone. It’s…different.
I’ll hopefully be able to break it in tomorrow.
The inserts are staying in fine, granted that I haven’t really played with them too much yet. I will report if there are problems.
Okay, I got a precious few minutes to test out my new bit. Looks like it works well enough, but I need to make some adjustments to my drill press, as it shattered the first one. Second one turned out fine though!
I’ll put the second one up for sale tomorrow. It’s navy-blue glass, but with a chrome finish, so at first glance it’s mirror finish, but depending upon the lighting, the blue shows through. Very cool looking.
Also - when I say “don’t try this at home, kids”, I mean it. You’re all welcome to do your own tops and sell them, but unless you aren’t afraid of getting glass in your hands, do something other than glass. I have a piece of blue glass embedded in my left pointer finger that doesn’t want to come out. Wow that smarts.

No, I haven’t. I haven’t shipped anything since I’ve returned. I got back after business hours on Friday, and today is the first business day I’ve been home. With any luck, today, if not…tomorrow.
I have a few orders to get done, just need to get my rig set up outside and do it. The wife really doesn’t like me flooding the garage.
