Nate, I have a question for your roommate: I have “Icy Manipulator” which is colorless artifact. I pay 1 mana colorless and tap it, and I can tap target artifact, creature, or land. Does that mean that big bad nasty thing that makes you discard everything in the tentacle rape deck can fall victim to this card?

Man, what a godsend. No matter whether the lobby is 3 people or 8 people, the lag is only dependent on the two people playing. Thank god they got this right. This is all I wanted in Super.
I love Guy. I’m bringing Guy this weekend. I still plan to learn Juri, Cody, Dudley, and Ibuki, but right now I’m focusing 100% on Guy. Although I can tell he’s going to be very low on the tiers, I have already developed some solid stuff with him.
Rufus is like Rufus lite now. They really hit him hard with a nerf football. Which is great, he was too strong in Vanilla. Matches I used to get for free now require actual strategy.
Was Ryu nerfed at all? He feels as strong as ever. In fact, dare I say he’s even better in Super. While Space Opera does noticably less, Metsu Hadoken off an FADC looks to me at least to be the same (MORE, actually, but that could just be because Rufus took a stamina reduction), and shoryu xx shinku HURTS HELLA MORE than before (retarded damage). Seriously, what do you guys think?
Yeah Ryu does look stronger, and also Gief seems a little slower and they made his links harder Thanks Alot Capcom. So far Dee Jay is looking Good and I am getting used to makotos speed or lack of. Good Games last night striker.

ParryAll: Yeah… Guy is fun but he takes too much work -_- I think he was given that garbage jump because they thought people would utilize the run more but even run-stop gets you hit. At least his dash is ok. Also, I don’t think you can dash under Hakan in the corner after reset. I tried about 15-20 times last night, wasn’t happening.

This is why athletes have agents :razz: So others speak for them. Plus, I’m pretty sure he meant American English since Jamaicans speak English themselves. They don’t really have to designate a dialect because they’re not a part of the country so anything that isn’t Jamaican English is American English or British English.
But I think if they got someone speaking completely Jamaican English no one would understand a thing Deejay said except Jamaicans and those who have spent a lot of time around them. Plus everyone turns into a weaboo when it comes to English voices anyways and would just turn them all to Japanese.

As for super i’ve been playing the new akuma matchups, using hakan mainly at first, vega is so much fun now! Ultra 1 being fixed and with the new ultra 2 that i’ve caught so many ppl online with it’s like he’s a new character; only thing it’s missing is a stage he can climb on.
Hows the success rate of landing giefs 2nd ultra going? Not so good here. Akumas 2nd ultra is funny when it’s landed and not very useful; if I remember right you can just duck under his leg and it’ll whiff. Didn’t check yet but his super seems to take the same damage or very close to it from sf4; does either look faster to anyone else?
This game is heavy on the easy achievements/color/taunt achievements; every 5min it was one after the other popping up. Lovin’ it so far
