Err wait you’re not Cory are you? I met this dude Cory today at work who plays Marvel and Super, knows Jake, and is mad cool. How wierd and rare is that, meeting an FG player in this shitty town, and we work at the same place! Well I guess it makes sense, since its the only decent job in the area really.

Anyways, guys, we should just start crashing Duquesne again. I showed up there looking for Stephon and there were 3 Tv’s available, two tvs with all the smash scrubs… if they can play, so should we. They didn’t even ask for my ID. I went in, at some of the free chips and taco mix, and bounced. Mad cute girls as well. Seriously we are going back there! Duquesne is the shit!

Clue: I can’t get back into 3s. I’m just not feeling the game anymore. I have more fun with the new games. I’ll get back into it when it drops on XBLA but for right now I’m just not really interested.

In Marvel I basically use ahem zoning, ok lets be real, projectile spam and troll people online with Arthur, Sent, and Magneto. I’m just fucking around atm in it, but as soon as my new fightpad arives I want to actually learn the game for real!

Honestly though, I’m kinda in the same boat and mindset as RJ. Not super interested in ever playing on a Tournament level. I’ll play and have fun with the guys in Pittsburgh, and possibly even get good enough to win a little, but I have no interest in ever taking it to that level. I really hope we are not totally ditching Super now! I still love Super and still want to play it at a high level, and I hope we are not completely ditching it now.

I can barely read this, everything seems like a blur right now. And I wasn’t even playing Marvel.

I live in Elizabeth, takes me less than a min to get on 51. I think that’s around the midpoint between ya’ll and the guys in the city? Idk, Western Pa geography is not my strong suit, I just live here. If there’s 3 of you, I could make the trip out, and we can attempt a small gathering…

I woke up for work and fell back asleep, missing work. In that time, for some reason in my head I was thinking modern physics and how the hulk’s assists were like the particle and wave properties of light at different times and how they cannot coexist at the same time when observing or using them in problems.

But I played it for the first time in almost a week yesterday :razz: It was the shoulder charge and the gamma wave that had me going and we just did wave nature of particles with an exam coming up so that’s probably what it was.

So, I know this is mad short notice. But there is a tournament in Ohio, the same place me and RJ got lost going to last time. They are running both marvel 3 and super. 10 a person, winner gets 70 second place gets 30. I WANT and NEED to be there. RJ? Trey? Tom? Nate? Dice? Butters? Boxer Bobby? Anybody with a car willing to go? I’m willing to pay for a large portion of the gas money and your dinner if I win both.
