To those of you that experienced some frustration with my 90% meter building exchange (tag out) combo into storm to zero DHC, people on the stream of the last tournament were saying you can just rotate the stick and mash D to get out. It wasn’t clear to me if this option selects every direction, of if it’s just an easier way to guess. If it is the former, I will be sad.

I had four matches where I got Reverse OCV’d by X-factor 3 Sentinel the fact that him landing his bullshit half screen armor launcher guarantees a kill and he can chip you to death with 3 hyper Sentinel forces is idiotic. No one made it into the Semis who wasn’t using a Sentinel anchor.
hey guys this is short notice, but me and Malik are gonna get some games in at my place tomorrow (Sunday). I live downtown and got a small place that can hold 4-5 people. I only have 1 TV and 1 PS3 though, but I do have both a TE stick and a HRAP stick. If anyone else is interested in joining in then just post up here. We are likely to play sometime during the early-mid afternoon until late in the evening (or whenever people want to leave–I don’t care lol).
Jamal, I want to join in but I’m about to head to Oakland to do tons of school work for the day. I told Malik I would call if I somehow manage to get done early then head over to join. But we do need to play soon if I can’t make it today.
Trey, thanks for being fucking awesome. That was a fun trip with a couple of important lessons learned. Like Iron Man will save the day when Giuseppe takes you wallet and don’t call in sent every 2 seconds. Next tournament, I say you drive your car into the venue, then throw me my arcade stick through your moon roof as I jump into the chair to play. It’ll be too hype, easily 50 points.
So Andre, the one from Ohio that Adam talks about all the time, is willing to put up to four of us up in hotel room for Philly. He is staying at the sheraton, where the tournament is being held. He only wants 20 dollars a person for both Friday and Saturday. Adam isn’t up for it, so who wants to take his place in the car? He is also staying there the whole weekend until monday, if we get stuck and have to stay for unforeseen circumstances, IE, me winning marvel lol.

Monday, IE tomorrow, Console Combat - North East Ohio Area Video Game Night there is a tournament going on for both marvel and ssf4 in cleveland, 6 bucks to enter for both games. Anyone up for going? They are starting fairly late, so we wouldn’t have to leave until 5/6.
We are hosting weeklies for Marvel until the hype dies down. Jake/Malik/Jamal- if I hosted you guys, made the buy in $10 and guaranteed at least 20 locals will show, would you be interested in coming?
Jake: yea man we’ll definitely get some games in whenever. I’m still reaping the benefits of unemployment so I have a ridiculous amount of free time to waste.
