Could someone compile or link to a current breakdown of how to get certain features working, the previous posts don’t exist anymore. I haven’t managed to get Auto-Reversal working correctly. I’m on Windows 8, Steam Vers.

Windows 8 has issues. I’ve finally got a W8 Build machine though so I’m hoping to be able to support it properly soon.

I’m not sure how to help you man, see if there is a support thread on the forum elsewhere that may have better help for you.

It’s actually the opening cinematic where the game stops loading, and there is something called DirectVobSub in my task bar. I wonder if that has something to do with it

EDIT: lol got it, there is a thread on it where you fix the problem by just not loading the intro. High level tech

Any updates on this? I can now load the game into Frame Trapped’s window, but Auto-Reversal only works occasionally, and only effects the Player 1 side (Despite it being Player 2’s reversal window)

Is there any kind of combo database for Frame Trapped?
There’s a tab called “stacks” where you got example combos saved ready to load and replay.
Do I understand it right that you can use this tab to import other combos than the example combos with this tab, and if so does anyone know a source for all optimized practical Ken and Ryu combos?

I’m getting different results playing back the same timelime. I’ve set Decapre to jump on the first frame after a razor edge slicer, and do a cr.lk on the first frame after landing. Sometimes she jumps, sometimes she doesn’t. Sometimes the lk comes out before landing, sometimes after.

Hey Guys Ive searched this forum high and low and I cant seem to find any info on Error code 255. Ive been trying to get this to work for months but everytime I turn on the hitboxes option the game immediately crashes with error code 255. Does anyone have any insight into how to correct this issue?

This should have been fixed in the 3.4.1 patch though it was a small update. Let me know what kind of issues you are still having.

Aside from the default examples added in there isn’t currently a system in place to put combo’s online, however we’re making a project over on the subreddit that I help mod so that we can collectively gather combos from the community.

This can be due to frame drops or vsync playing a part in inputs, make sure your VSync is turned off in game and that you have applied any needed graphics control panel fixes for your card.

This could be due to a bad installation - make sure you run the latest version of the cleanup tool and then ensure you are on the latest version of Frame Trapped with all the bells and whistles by installing it cleanly from here.

Edit: Seems to consider my keyboard as P1. I went into Vs. Mode, played a round with my controller on P1 and Keyboard1 on P2 and it works. Knockdown reversals still don’t work.

Double Edit: Knockdown Reversals work after Supers and Ultras. Nothing else.

Can’t download the combo examples.

Projectile invincible hurtboxes seem to be invisible. Will these be added at some point?
Trying to test anti airs against jump attacks or stuffing Rolento’s roll attack would be a godsend if it was viewable.

So, how the heck does this program work?

Is there no user manual for this?

I need to set the dummy to reversal with say Honda’s butt slams, and “reversal” with crouch-techs or jabs or shorts, but I see absolutely no “play” in the Reversal menu.

I have set it to Human, but to set it to “keyboard” and such — I just don’t see any options worthwhile inside Frame Trapped for this purpose.

I’ve been using the auto reversal feature and I notice that it works on hits but it doesn’t work on throws… anybody else seeing this?
