on a side note am i like the only person in our regular weekend crew (not counting Michael) that doesnāt have all the trials done? i donāt even mess with those things and everyone else have them 100% complete or real close. i know Clem, Puff, Gary, and now Martell sure have them. Spencer did you do them also? iām guessing FJ hasnāt done them.

iām talking about people actually doing their own, not having other crew members performing the trials on your console. iām assuming many or even most of the trials done on your console were completed by someone else? or do you actually try those and succeed?
i donāt even try them honestly. maybe iām the only one in our crew that is like that. i actually donāt play this game enough, mostly just on weekends with the crew and tournaments of course, but i really donāt practice at home hardly ever. when i do play the game i donāt attempt the trials, i just play matches.
i do have all trials for Vega, Adon, and T. Hawk complete but no one else. in fact i would say for over half the cast i have not even looked at or attempted any of the trials.
Yeah I actually did all of mine on my own with no help. Itās been so long, but Iām almost finished. I been through so much frustration and had my joyous moments when I did some of the more difficult ones. Itāll probably feel the same way when MvC 3 is released next year in February. :bgrin:

As for sucking in a tournament, cmon man you canāt get rusty if you still play even occasionally. I almost never play BB anymore but Iād still dominate in any local tournament like CBB. If you donāt think youād do well in Tekken you must never have been that good in the first place.
Cletus - iām sure trial mode is a riot but todayās ssf4 time was spent in the only two modes that matterā¦ training mode and playing matches via endless, ranked, etc. you should join me at some point tomorrow/Friday and of course you are welcome to join along if we play Saturday. we will be playing actual matches, not trials
You guys must have pretty good execution skills (or mine just suck) because I get about halfway through most characterās trials and they start getting tough for me. Most characters I could do if I actually tried (Iām not exactly a huge SSF4 fan anyway) but characters like C. Viper and Gen are pretty tough. Iām not sure I could do all of theirs. The only people Iāve finished are T. Hawk, M. Bison and possibly Ryu, I canāt remember.
