A 7f reversal which trades (in the opponents favor) with every decent normal, costs a bar (3 bars to be made safe) and can’t be followed up does not qualify as a GTFO move.
I rather backdash out of pressure and her backdash is pretty bad so that tells a lot.

What do you Juri players want? A 3-frame anti-airing FADC into ultra reversal? Then will it qualify in your book as a GTFO move? There are actually characters in the cast who really lack a gtfo move, and have zero reversal potential, and that would kill to spend a bar to get pressure off them, even if it does trade.
But no. People that play characters that actually have reversal options have to always downplay it. Always. because you “can’t 'follow up” after it? Come on…Maybe Juri needs a command grab too, because her jab trades with decent normals up close, and maybe a wall jump too, because, as I learned today, she has no GTFO move.
Juri has no reversal options. That Cody has even worse ones doesn’t change that (or your Vega kid).
And no, I don’t want to change that - I like being forced to block. But it’s not a GTFO move.

Knockdown with frame advantage and potentially a combo doesn’t count? Juri is liable to eat a trade combo against some characters you mash EX Pinwheel during a frame-trap.

Juri’s pinwheel can be a foot-ryuken in my dreams.
For actual balance? No, of course not. Juri shouldn’t have a shoto style herpderp away from me move (or a command grab or wall jump as you say but that would be AWESOME) and needs to have a mediocre one that costs bar. But in the dream thread? She can do raging demons for no bar mid-combo. SHE JUST DID ONE.
Juri becoming derp like 80% of SF chars would definitely not make her my dream char :oops: SFxT Juri is already… dumb.
