Fried pickles are gdlk.
Chicharones or some cracklins. Nobody I know will touch the stuff but they’re some of my favorite snacks. Zero carbs, all pig.
Fried pickles are alright. I wouldn’t go out of my way for one. Probably wouldn’t order it either, but if it was on my plate, I’d eat it.
They aren’t bad…
But there sure as HELL aint good…

Spam.
I love slicing it into thin small pieces and making fried rice with it. That, or throwing it on top of sticky rice and adding some hot sauce.
I don’t really like eating it if it’s not crispy on the outside at all, kind of like how I like my hot dogs cooked.
Are u Blasian? You used sticky rice, spam, and hot sauce in the same post. Just curious.
It’s been years since I’ve had it but when I was a kid I used to eat peanut butter, bologna and potato chip sandwiches… and yes I know I was a strange child…
Surprised no one’s mentioned balut yet, you know boiled duck egg with the half formed duckling inside.
Personally, I don’t really like it but alot of folks I know over here swear by i.
Fuck the haters, any sort of intestines/innards are delicious!
Although here in the Philippines, we prefer our guts skewered on a stick over hot coals. Preferably marinated in a barbecue sauce that you mix in a beer bottle.
Mmm… got some of that shit in the fridge downstairs.
Best way to enjoy that IMO is to deep fry the pork first until it’s nice and crispy, then pour the dinuguan (blood sauce) over it.
Speaking of blood, we got this thing over here that we call “Betamax,” basically barbecued blocks of pigs blood (so named because they look like small betamax tapes).
Also, “Adidas” which is barbecued chicken feet (because the old Adidas logo looks like a chicken foot).
Potato Chip Cookies and Potato chips and ice cream.
Mayo/Miracle Whip on hot dogs.
I’ll have an order of that kind sir…

Fried rice; fried in Bacon grease
Do you one better…silver dollars fried with bacon grease. :bgrin:
Fried Pineapple in Bacon grease…hell, ANYTHING in bacon grease!!!
Cow tongue… chopped and served up in tacos… that’s the only way I can eat it cause it tastes just like steak but much softer…
When I was in highschool, I used to eat cafeteria fries with just mayo. Sometimes I mixed the mayo with gravy or ketchup, but never ketchup with gravy.
I remember in elementary school I use to put fries or tater tots on my hamburger/steak sub with mayo and ketchup. People use to think I was wierd but that made them taste so much better. shout out to that old school P.G. County cafeteria food
Shout out to the public school enemas!! LOL
omg when it first came out, it was $0.99 for a large so I would get it with every meal I’d eat there. So good. Hell, Popeyes in general is my favorite fast food place.
