When I buy the stick, does it come with the harness? Or do I have to buy those separately?
Hey Steve - you have to buy the harness separately. Iād include it, but it some already have the harness from other configs and it would make the stick expensive.
Very cool - Iāll have those in next week. Regarding mod services, Gummowned is the popular choice. Also this is a solderless mod, which is easier to install. Check the install primer on the order page for info, and I can answer some questions with Akishopās help.

This last shipment will mark the end of pre-orders for a while. Now when you order the PCBs, they will ship within 1-2 days.

jmanDMC, I ordered a octo gate last week and you marked it as shipped on Friday but I still have not received it. And the track and confirm hasnāt been updated on USPS either.
I just want to ask if you may have possibly forgotten or USPS just screwed up and lost my package? I have ordered from you before and received my order very quickly but something went wrong this time so I was hoping if you might be able to clear this up. If USPS lost my package and nothing can be done about it then I have no problems ordering another if thatās my only option.

That is rather odd. I always send a shipping notice the night before it ships, and I recall your order was shipped in a Priority Mail envelope. Usually packages will arrive within 2-3 days at most. I checked the tracking number and indeed it appears that the item wasnāt delivered yet. It is possible that the shipment was lost by USPS.
Let me know how soon you need the octo gate. If rather soon, Iāll ship another out to you tomorrow. If not, letās see if the product arrives by Friday. If it doesnāt, Iāll send a shipment to you the following week (after xmas).
Iām adding an insurance option to the website (something that should be on there but current store engine doesnāt have integrated yet). This way, anyone that is concerned about losing their shipments or potentially having it stolen can receive a full refund.

I installed it on a Custom Stick (Artās Plexicase) - for anyone trying to mount it on the Plexi PCB holder for this case, use zip ties to hold it in place.
The install was super easy and actually much easier than a Cthulhu PCB, as everything was clearly marked on the PCB
If your main system is PS3 - if it doesnāt work on first try, its in 360 Mode, just hold down your select/turbo button to switch modes when powering up your system.
Thanks a lot for the quick reply. I was hoping to receive it this week because I ordered a lot of stuff to mod my stick and this was pretty much the last piece of the puzzle. But itās not that urgent so whenever you can get around to it is fine by me. I really appreciate it a lot though and Iām not done yet. Iām getting another stick and will definitely be ordering from you again.
I just got an email from another customer who was mentioning the same issue - that USPS hasnāt updated the tracking information and he hasnāt received his order yet. Iām looking into this with USPS - giving them a call. All of the packages were sent the following day, but they should have been delivered by now.
Holiday shipment delays
Hi all,
I spoke to a customer service representative regarding possible delays in shipments from Dec 15th. He mentioned two things worth noting: First, due to the holiday rush, itās natural that some deliveries may be delayed, arriving up to 5 days after the order was shipped. Second, the delivery confirmation number isnāt a tracking number. Itās purpose is to verify that the package was actually delivered to your address. It will update on two occasions, when the shipping label was printed, and when the item is delivered.
For those who ordered from Focusattack.com on or before that date and still havenāt received your order by tomorrow or Friday, please contact me. I will ask them to document and follow up on those shipments.
Customer service is my highest priority, so I will make sure to address any issues as soon as possible.
On a good note, the Akishop PCBs and SINIX t-shirts arrived today! I will start shipping pre-orders in packs of 10 or more throughout the week.

For anyone who already installed their PS360 pcb, is it possible have a wire connecting the ground and home terminals to make the start and select button pushed together to register it as the home like the Mc Chutulu pcb?
