No you should attempt to install it. The problems I mentioned affected a select number of units, not all of them. Per Akishop’s instructions, we are accepting returns for defective-only units purchased up to 60 days before pre-ordering started in March.

The free shipping was an early mistake on my part, so you would receive it via Priority Mail. That should take at least 3 days from date we receive it to SoCal. We’re shipping units starting May 30.
That said, lemme know your order number. We’re pushing out the earliest orders and specific customer requests. We’ll look into a shipping solution that can get it to you on time.

Jman, what is the difference I have to pay for the PS360+. Since I sent an older one in as a return.
Will we be notified by email if our stick specifically has shipped when you guys do get them and start mailing them out? It’s been so long since we all made the order that it seems easy to forget about a particular order unless asked specifically.

You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped. The email will contain all the details about your order, plus a delivery confirmation number.
If we shipped the item more than 30 days ago, we cannot accept a return request unless the item is defective upon receipt. One of the issues that we’ve faced upon mentioning an upgraded unit was coming was the increase in return requests. The news of PS360+ may not necessarily justify a return of your existing unit.

The Q4RAFs are finally in USA ports, and we’re awaiting release by customs. My supplier says the next run should take less time.
To those reading, we will have at least 20 joysticks remaining to buy after pre-orders are shipped, and will order again once those run out. We’re working to get the plexi covers and button plugs from Qanba as well. Finally, we’re looking into offering plexis for a variety of joysticks. More on that as it develops.
By next week, I can potentially reveal some information on our LED button project. What I can tell you is that the LEDs will come in 3 flavors to match your budget.

Sorry I misinterpreted your statement. I incorrectly related your message to another customer that wanted to return his unused PCB. All defective PCBs that are returned will receive a replacement PCB. We stopped accepting new claims about 60 days from the preorder out of concern that new claims were being filed in light of the PS360+ announcement.
Since you shipped your PS360 board, you will receive a replacement PCB when stock arrives.
Just a side note: Per has clarified that the PS360+ will be ship sometime in June. No specific date for that month is available yet. I will send a group email to all that have pre-ordered so far regarding this tentative date.

Yes i bought it at focusattack.com December 30th and it was installed about a month afterwards, but was rarely used until recently for marvel!

Please note that defective products must be discovered within 30 days to qualify for our Defective Item Return/Exchange Policy. If after 30 days of receiving your product, it proves to be defective, we would like for you to deal with the manufacturer. They will inform you on how to proceed based on their policies. In this case, the manufacturer is Akishop. We can help you get in touch with this manufacturer.****

jmanDMC, regrding my Q4 pre-order, about two days ago I found out I have to move from the East cost all the way to Oklahoma and live there for three months by the middle of June. I have to drive by myself so I will be leaving by the 10th of June. After those three months I won’t be moving back to my original location. Anything I can do to help ensure my stick gets here before I have to leave?
What’s your order number? We’re shipping out a good portion of the joysticks early next week, so we can make sure yours will ship in the first wave.
To others here: we plan to pack as many as possible during the Memorial Day weekend, shipping them via Priority Mail on the following day. Rest assured we’ll ship all pre-orders that week.
We will have about 20 units remaining in stock after that, but don’t anticipate they will last long. We’re placing another order of at least 20 after that.
