PS-14-G-N? Oh man, I’m excited now. I want to convert a stick to a full-Seimitsu mod, so I’ll surely stay on the watch for updates!

Hi, I just received my Foehammer DIY Arcade case -unpainted- and I am sad to say it seems to be incomplete. There is no acrylic top or bottom, just wood in its place. Everything else that I ordered came in just fine, but I don’t want to start this project until I have what I ordered :v

Hey SirFacemeltington,

I’m sorry for the confusion there. When Foehammer created the cases, they used a paper and lacquer covering around the acrylic. You actually have the acrylic top and bottom, but to see it, you must remove the wood-colored paper that is covering it. For the top, you can take the top piece of “wood” covering off and carefully grab a corner. It takes a bit of fiddling, but you should be able to peel off the wood-colored paper to reveal the acrylic. The same goes for the bottom once you unscrew it, then peel the paper off.

FoeHammer told us that the acrylic they use comes with this paper-like covering to protect it. Does a great job, but looks like wood at first glance. I assure you it’s not. Let me know if you still have any issues with it.

Thnx for nice customer service and communication ^^. Had to change some of my orders and had no problems with support what so ever  buttons came safely too  will be ordering from again soon~

OOOOOOOH. ok, peeled it off and its all good. Thanks for the help!

My order arrived today, so really fast delivery once again.

Also, I’m surprised at the size of the battop I ordered. I guess they seemed bigger to me since I haven’t used one since I was a kid.

It’s a great size though and I can’t wait to try it out.

It seems that the PS360+ is coming to fruition. I commend you Jman for your patience and deal with our crazy ass selves. HA. By chance do you have the list of people who returned the pcb for the replacement?

I have a battop on my TE. Just feels better to me than a balltop. I think you’ll like it.

About 15 people went for an alternative. We had about 10x that in cancellations. That still leaves us with about 140+ pre-orders to fill. We still haven’t received word when we will receive our shipment.

We have many players asking what they will get as a make-good for waiting so long. We are offering a coupon code for remaining pre-order recipients. It’s a one-time use coupon, so sharing is not recommended.

I’ll just say that while I’m glad that we’re nearing the end, it’s been an adventure I hope we never have to repeat. We no longer offering pre-orders for anything we sell. Being a retailer for a (growing) niche market such as fighting games is incredibly challenging when vendors are not the big companies one might deal with otherwise.

Hey all,

A while back, you asked us if we could offer a daisy chain ground wiring solution. This weekend, we’re offering both a 10-connection ground daisy chain, plus 3-connection daisy chain for start, guide and turbo buttons.

Pricing for the 10-connection chain set is $3.75; for the 3-connection chain is $1.75.

We will also have M4x10 screw and nut combo for securing mounting plates to most joystick cases. Price per pack of 4 is $1.25.

Our focus over the next few months is to introduce the tools that many builders use to construct and customize their joysticks. Items such as screw/nut combos, TechFlex color tubing and heatshrink packages, PCB mounts, barrier strips, wire strippers, heat-shrink guns, soldering irons, helpful toolkits, and more. We also plan to introduce more of the Seimitsu PS button lineup, including the PS-14-G, GN and GNC types.

We’ll have more information as we go along. Thanks for the support!

Got my package yesterday here in Toronto. Luckily, the package didn’t get rerouted to California this time

Any word on when you might have sanwa clear balltop back in stock?

We should have them this weekend.

you should also try to get those 24mm and 30mm Forstner bits, I think people would buy those.

Noted.

Seconded on the forstner bits. Might also suggest carrying a decent crimping tool for those not blessed with living near decent electronics stores.

Already on our list. We’ve talked with SRK Tech Talk’s Nerrage about items that we should start offering, and that was one of the items he recommended.

UFGT sales =D?

A few people have been asking about that. We’re not sponsoring UFGT, so we’re not publicly having a sale. We will have a store newsletter running this weekend, however.

Came here to ask exactly this. I used to go to LizardLick for the PS-14-G-N Clear. you can fill in that void, I would be so grateful. I hope this becomes a thing.

Seimitsu has a very wide range of PS-14-G-N Clear variants. Because Seimitsu isn’t as popular, would you only be importing certain ones? If so, you should totally import White/Blue and Black/Black Rim/Plunger variants. hint hint

You kidding me? Seimitsu is very popular. Right now, Seimitsu is one of the many Japanese arcade-part manufacturers that is on top of the market along with Sanwa.

Many? I can’t really think of any other parts manufacturers that are selling just parts.
Sanwa is most definitely more widely used than Seimitsu though, both in the home market as well as in actual arcades.
