good shit everyone. had fun at this tourney and it was good to see all yall nigs again. only bad part about it, which i dont know if it was just me or not, was the slight lag on all the 3s console tvs. how is this even possible? or was it just me?

if you played 3s on the first tv hooked up to the projector it lagged due to it being an hdtv.
they put a different one there for the later finals.
i know about projectors lagging or whatever and hdtvs, but seemed like all the other tvs lagged a bit for 3s. i noticed when i was just whiffing moves to gain meter, the movement wasnt spot on with my button pressing. other combos seemed hard to time also. it was hardly noticeable but just felt like something wasnt right.

Good to see you out this year man. People told me about the lag on the 1st tv on the projector so we switched that out with a tube tv. The rest on the tv’s used for 3S, kofxi, ngbc, cvs2, and mvc2 were tubes.

I had a blast at this event. Thanks to everyone I met and all the old faces I played games/hung out with - you all made my trip well worth it and I should be back for future Final Rounds. Atlanta was interesting. I especially want to thank Larry and crew for running a great tournament and just for being good people. Definitely try to come out to Evo in Vegas and take a vacation from dealing with gamers.
I have tons of Marvel footage that I plan on getting uploaded one way or another. It will take some time to cap/edit/upload them but everything I put up is well worth it anyway. I’ll be trickling out a few matches in the meantime until I can get everything done and I’ll make sure to post links in obvious places.
