For what it’s worth, an “international” verison of the game is going to be released in Japan; Dissidia Final Fantasy: Universal Tuning is coming in November
i wouldn’t be surprised if they make even more tweaks to characters. I’m prolly gonna hold off buying it.

If you guys wanna level up easily, change the date on your PSP to a day that has Special Day and keep fighting a maxed out Vicious ExDeath in Quick Battle. Got my Squall from 6 to 34 in one battle.

i have a question, you guys are talking about characters getting buffs and nerfs. Is there an update to the game I should be downloading?? And where is gigamesh? I would have thought for sure he’d be in the game.
The English language version has character tweaks over the JP version, that’s what people are talking about.

oh that’s pretty bogus. Well I played a little bit so far. There are a lot of nice touches and I like the locations. The FF5 one was pretty neat. One more question, is there a way to get the Japanese voice in the US version?

It might happen, undub hacks are quite common these days it seems. Thank god for that, too.
The English voice acting in this actually isn’t that bad. A few people suck but it’s good for the most part.

Zidane has surely gone through puberty. His having a deeper male voice is more plausible than him sounding like a 12 year old.
JP Exdeath sounds like a dog barking.
Zidane’s ENG voice is better IMO. Anything is better than Romi Paku.
16 year old males do not sound like her. She is a terrible choice in so many anime.
but otherwise I think i prefer the JP voices; I do like JYB as Firion though.
I like the eng VA, and I’ve only played the demo version. Might be getting this when the paycheck drops.

I think my favourite VA has to be the guy that did Kefka. He even caught his SNES laugh.
