Who will be his counter villain on the Capcom side if there is any? Hell are there any other villains beside Dormammu at this point?!

^ agreed. Problem is there aren’t a lot of options for “higher up” enemies… and he can grow REALLY big… which unfortunately hints towards him being a boss-boss… not a mini. Cross your fingers they have an elder god (set?) above him or some cross over so he is playable…lol.
Whomever the boss might be, he/she better not look anything like the one from TvC. That was just lame…

I meant more Wesker and Wily, since they don’t properly understand Galactus and his nature. Plus, Wily is frankly an idiot when compared to Wesker and Doom, and so would properly settle for second best in this case. Wesker and Doom would both try to take his power, after a bit of time, however.
Regardless, Galactus isn’t a team up guy. Doom himself is usually a solo act too.
Maybe it will be like King of Fighters 12 and have no last boss…

Stan has a mix of hulks strength spidey’s speed and with Caps original kite shield and all their best moves turned up like Shin versions

Dormammu got too big of an entrance in the trailer not to be the FB.
He should team up with Wesker.
My bets are for Dormammu, him being the main villain would also make for a more reasonable plot than that of MK vs DC.
A Dor/Wesker team-up would be epic though.
What the hell has Dor really done lately that is damaging, I can see him being the cause of all this but not the master mind it’s too big for modern Dor who unlike ultimate dor has seemed to lost his big flaming balls
Why would he team up with Wesker? Wesker isn’t a mystical being. If he teams up with anyone from Capcom, it would be someone like Jedah or some other such Demon.
Still, i’m not sure Dormammu is the boss. Why show him now? You could also see his silhouette after the matches in the demos with the other characters.
Also, evil hope would be odd since she’s still good.
You’re kidding right? Ultimate Dormarmmu hasn’t done anything compared to what the original has done. Also, the 616 Dormarmmu has actually been pretty active lately and even tried to use the Zombie plague from the Marvel Zombies universe to take over the human realm.
So no, he hasn’t lost his “flaming balls”. He’s still the most powerful Mystic villain.
Dor also almost recreated the whole damn universe in his image by beating a avatar of Eternity (albeit with help from his sister) so the events that lead to MvC3 aren’t beyond him.
the Key thing is He “TRIED to bring the Zombie virus into 616” and He “ALMOST recreated the universe” not succeeded doesn’t matter if he’s powerful, he hasn’t done much to actually effect the 616 universe lately unlike say Skrulls, Noman Osborn, The Hulk or the New Warriors(Their actions caused the reg act that caused the Civil War).
They all did something that changed the whole Marvel Universe, they got people killed, they changed the structure of things, they changed how the world works at the end of the day.
Ultimate dor killed the son of Dr.strange outright no illusion no revival spell just “POP GOES YOUR HEAD!” when’s the last time 616-Dor directly killed a hero?
I’d say Dormammu is the final boss and The Hood and his gang as a sub boss. Maybe throw Nightmare in there.
