Yeah, Karnov. He is saying Balloon lol. I saw one tourney where one Karnov player did like 3 Balloons in the air lol to keep pressure on the opponent. He damn beastly.

Just got done watching around 30mins of footage of that tourney(?). That zazie dash is too good. So are the top 3 Zazie, Karnov, and Ray? That Lee player was doing pretty well to, seemed like he had a dizzy combo.
Actually I’m surprised that Ray won. I think Karnov is the top, especially since I learned of that slide glitch today. But almost every character is really nasty in FHD. I guess Fei Lin is probably bottom, though I’ve never seen anyone use her in a tourney. We have a player here that uses Lee. Lee can dizzy you pretty quickly with the punch combos, really nasty. Zazie dash to Hell Fire too good :wow:

There is also a SNES game of this series and I must say I loved to play with Mizoguchi in the old days … Anyway was cool to see some pros playing. I always like good matches, even if I don’t play the game anymore.
I remember this series (owned the original for the SNES) & enjoyed playing it (I liked the sub-boss Clown). Even if it was a SF2 clone. Good Find.

It’s a shame though, I was hoping for more Mizoguchi match vids, and especially of Jean. Looks like no one likes Jean, so maybe he sucks-but I thought he play decent sometimes.
LOL I have Fuunsaiki for the sega saturn import. I got some nasty stuff with Bishu, the grappler guy with the 2 nightsticks. Those combos in that vid though was crazy. LOL

Karnov Warp command!
Was just surfing some japanese pages and found the way to do the slide, which they call Karnov Warp. It is charge back, df + jab and roundhouse. Jab and Roundhouse not at the same time, but hit jab then roundhouse real fast afterwards, like a roll/kara cancel type ish. :tup: :karate:
