Oh lol yes, I still have the text for that actually. It was a down-time thing during work that spanned a couple months time to complete. It’s not the best guide out there, and I’ll be the first to admit that. I was considering revising it awhile ago, but then news of AE came and I gave up on the idea since AE would make any revisions obsolete. I think I may revisit it once AE becomes DLC though. It needs some heavy work.
Don’t even read the match-ups section. It’s pitiful and totally wrong. I wrote the guide too early I think.

Spartan, that would be awesome. I separated the match-ups in the third post with colored bars to show how I grouped the matches for each new thread–if you’d like to make the next one, you have my blessing :bgrin: Just make sure to have the link back to the main thread just as I and MrTC3 have it in our threads.
[edit] Match-up numbers = colorful. Check them out to see if you guys agree on the “popular opinion” section. I’m trying to find that BS tier list made by FChamp where Fei is beast. Going to average that out with the scores found in August.
Note that I’m not trying to invite match-up discussion here… If you disagree about a “popular opinion” number or want to assert that it is more 6/4 than it is 5/5 (or whatever your argument may be), bring that to the General Discussion threads linked in the first post.
Lookin good Spartan. If anyone else wants to step up, feel free to post here to let me know. I actually want to leave Yun/Yang and any other new characters (Evil Ryu/Shin Akuma, etc.) for last, so I’m going to re-order the character listing now.
Right, I went ahead and made Gen, Gouken, Guile, Guy and Hakan’s, as well as doing Ibuki, Juri, Ken, Makoto and M. Bison’s matchup threads just because I’d already done one so I figured it’d only take a minute to do another.
Going through the labwork thread picking out character specific nuggets to put in the matchup threads. There’s probably a whole assortment of stuff in there that could be put in a lot of the threads.
Edit: Nobody else wanna finish off the last two matchup threads? (Well, besides the AE characters. But that’s not quite certain yet obv.)
Anyone have any tips on DeeJay. I can handle an aggressive DeeJay but a turtle DeeJay seems really hard.
All he did was:
Stay back throw fire balls. If i walked forward i couldn’t react on blocking his EX Double Rolling Sobat. Jump-in he was good to tag me air-to-air.
On a general note what makes this fight harder than guile is that I can’t walk forward. His EX Double Rolling Sobat comes out really fast. People tell me you can’t react to it. This match seems super hard vs a good turtle DeeJay. Anyone have experience against him?
Alright guys. This coming weekend is when I start recording the big fei video. it’ll be interactive, in which you will choose what section of tutorial you want to watch. For example, I’ll have a cover page on a video, sort of like this:

But, it’ll have little squares of different takes on his arsenal, such as anti airs, bnbs, frame data and possible situations. and of course I’ll kick it up with a pad plinking tutorial. And yeah, spartan, H1gg1n5 has a great tutorial on landing the st hp after hk cw. I’ll get started on this right away.

Oh, and once I do get into doing the whole (said) project, I’ll make sure to credit you guys for all your help. H1gg1n5, Is it cool if I link your tutorial on my video? Or do you want to try another one? Or would you like for me to just do it? I don’t mind either way, but I think it’d be cool if you did it cause it’s fun to have multiple people working on this kind of stuff. lol
I’ll keep you guys posted. It’ll take a few weeks. It wont be as tough as that super freeze stuff.
Yea man feel free to use my video, I am also in the process of doing the stuff we talked about over PM, but due to a death of a close family friend and school its been hard to find the time. I’m still working it so just let me know before you actually start to edit, and ill do my best to send you what i have been working on.
