Kenshiro outfit, man. I know the AA juggle to super isn’t new, it just wasn’t seen with Fei, and I called it “Stupid Fei Tricks” because it’s nothing more than that: a trick. No practical use in a match, just something you can do.
My issue with most legit crossup combos is that they tend to have dumbass whiffing issues unless you space the j.MK really well + consistently, and some of them just plain don’t work against certain characters. From what I can tell, j.mk, cl.MP, s.HP/LP Rekka works on everybody very consistently, but they’re both 1 frame links (s.HP is 2 frames if you plink, which even I can do on my 360 pad:p).
Replacing the s.HP with c.LP xx HP Rekka does more damage and is easy as hell, but doesn’t work on Takes a deep breath Shotos, Honda, Seth, Dictator, C. Viper, Fuerte, Sakura (s.HP combo doesn’t work that well on her, either), and Dan (lol). It’s also sorta iffy on Rufus.
^^^i agree. i cant hit the lp rekka straight from close medium with any consistency at this point. worth practicing tho just cuz its universal
Yeah, it’s a bitch that you can’t plink it… Oh, and keep in mind that I tested the combos on standing opponents only. Dunno how often you’re going to cross up a crouching opponent, but w/e, I’ll test later.
Edit: Something that just occurred to me, if you land an FA crumple and aren’t worrying about positioning or want to switch sides, put in a command throw before doing a combo. Fei Wrong likes his meter, after all.
Well Fraps and SF4 decided to team up and not let me record at my usual quality, so I get crap now.
I decided to see what the longest combo I could do with Fei was, so naturally I went for the CW loop, and since Seth takes stun too fast, I went for Abel and his delicious 1050 stun.

I calculated stun values before actually attempting any combo. My original combo was what you see there, but after the 4th EX CW, go to the cl. HP > Rekkas as the finisher, which calculated 1035 stun. By ending with the MK Spicy Wing, I calculated 1040 stun. It was at this point I was crying and cursing scaling with all of my might, so I somewhat cheated and turned counter hit on to increase stun.
Entirely for entertainment purposes only, combo preformed on keyboard.
No macros or tools were used in the making of this video, I don’t even use the macro for 3 punches at once.

Sounds like the BnB j. HK > cr. LP > cr. LP > cr. LK > st. LP > rekkas.
I was mucking about in Training mode a while ago, and I found that you can FADC cl.mp for some neat stuff/combos. The timing is a little strict, but nothing that your used to as a Fei user.
Jump in (HK/HP/crossup MK/nj.HK) -> cl.mp xFADCx -> Bnb combo.
It’s 2 bars, but considering I’m fucking terrible at FADC’ing a Flame kick, I found this to waste bars on. lol
if the cl.MP is blocked and you FADC it, you still have pretty much the same frame advantage as normal, but you’re close to your opponent.

What’s the easiest way to do feis S.HP>Flame kick? I somehow always end up doing tenshin most of the time. I used to do it but now i can’t. BTW you can loop feis HP> EX chicken wing 4 times right? I done it once but it doesn’t connect after i do a HP.
I dont think that combo loops anymore, I think it got patched out. it only worked on Abel and Seth anyway.
as for cl.HPxxflamekick, do back+HP and then do the rest of the Flame kick motion, since your problem is from holding forward when you do the HP so when you do the flame kick, its possible to input the grab instead.
I know cause I sometimes get the same result when I go for Flame kick after a dash.

Thats good though, cause now it’ll give me more of a reason to use EX CW. since all it had over HK is projectile invincibility, I wasnt using it too often.

I believe so. Although if you land c.mp close enough, you can link c.lp xx rekka.
