lol of course you’re under-performing in marvel 3 if you quit when you’re down to your last character. Do you even play that game?
We should just leave Sonic Hurricane here on his quest to yellow card Chris G.
It’s really obvious he has a bone to pick with Chris G, he admitted to being on a alt account on the first page and continues to ignore all arguments and refuses to read the entire text of the Jwong ruling because the piece he has taken out of context is the entire crux of his argument.
I don’t think EVO needs to do anything, to be honest. ChrisG receiving the mockery of the community for being a quitter should be more than enough.
That said, if you think what he did was no big deal, I ask you to reconsider your priorities.
FLASHKICK
This is pretty much the way how I see it too. It’s like arguing with a more retarded version of xesaie/xes.
Wait… This is ChrisG who that Noah “The Prodigy” kid at last years Evo? If so, fall back. He actually treated that kid like he would anyone else. Respect. Also he faced Bala? HAHAHAHAHA. I wouldn’t have even picked up my pad.
Naw, not at all. Nope. I certainly don’t (looks at sig).
However, I’ve seen a number of times in tournaments salty players will rage quit when they have a few 100k left on their last character and are against 2/3 characters. No one makes a big deal of that.
God damn this troll has had a good run.
He got me for a while, but after you lay down all the logic, and he continues to fight without even acknowledging your points or intentions, he’s either a troll, or someone who has a serious vendetta with one of the parties in question.
Then it’s your loss. You concede defeat because you can’t argue against it, and also show everyone in this thread just how butthurt and incompetent you are. Try harder next time.
lol you’re a joke.
how bout you get off that alt account troll so we can see why you’re crying about this shit so much.
Perhaps its not entirely Sonichurricane’s fault. His diminished mental capacity means that he may not be able to understand my sophisticated argument and thus has to resort to other tactics (Google: invincible ignorance fallacy). That or he suffers from some disease that reduces him to crying in a corner upon being thoroughly routed. Either way, he admits defeat through his ignorance. We win.
Seriously, those who are calling for a yellow card does not have the slightest clue how it to be at the caliber of Justin Wongg or Chris G. Those tournaments are grueling with the number of matches in multiple games that have to be played. I am convinced most of the yellow carders are just looking for drama. They are not at the events, seeing the 12 hours days running to and from matches and sometimes risking a DQ while playing in another event. Bala is a great KOF player and Chris wants nothing more then a multiple first place wins at major tournaments. Chris applied the best tactics he could and it did not work for him. Plain and simple. This is all just silly nonsense and is keeping the trolls fat. If we still sponsored Chris G I would not have found his actions negative.
Yeah, this right here. Its the combination of underperforming and match fixing that makes the case and got me to change my mind.
That, and being on sonic hurricane’s side was making me wonder how fucked up I was. Talk about hurting your cause.
SonicHurricane should have hit random select for a better argument.
You’re ruining the thread with all that sense-making you’re doing, stop it!
I agree! Let the little asshat continue his crusade of justice for the FGC. I hope a yellow card is issued but only on the condition that Mr.Wiz reveals this guys real account so the FGC can blacklist him from tournaments for being such a giant fucking crybaby.
Bleh what am I talking about, this guy doesn’t leave the house, that’s the whole reason he is so poo-hole peeved in the first place. Chris G took the jam out of his donut and ruined a perfectly good grand finals stream! I didn’t pay $8.95 to watch Chris G do whatever the hell he wants! Screw Chris G!
Yellowcard + dropped from Fingercramp. That’s the only fair thing to do here. Clearly.
I just wanna say: people constantly evoking this false logic that what ChrisG did is OK because “he doesn’t owe anything to stream monsters” is tiring. Fortunately, this won’t have much of an impact because it’s an isolated occurrence in a scene driven by the values of competition. Imagine if more players started acting like that with no repercussions and you’ll see why it’s potentially dangerous.
If ChrisG doesn’t have enough stamina to compete in multiple games, then he shouldn’t. While forfeiting is frowned upon, doing so to preserve energy would still be an acceptable tactical decision. Much better than trying to “please the crowd” and disrespecting all the competitors who attented.
Expiratio - Did you compete at this tournament?
I’m not even gonna answer that question. Such a blatant attempt to avoid my argument.
Oh no, you didn’t? Then with all due respect… STFU
Nice dodge. I may be just a random for you, but there are important people in the community who don’t like the kind of attitude that ChrisG displayed either. Put your friendship with him aside and try to see things from a neutral perspective.
