That’s what http://sctourney.wordpress.com is for! It has a tourney calendar and tells about all the latest tourneys coming up. If you are a tourney player, it sure as hell beats trolling the mess of threads in the SRK tourney section.
I’d rather go to this event b/c it’s an hour closer than atl revival. Plus NC’s Jibbo is gonna be there hopefully. I would like to play his Gen.
But the reason I post is the issue of parking. If this is on a college campus what is the issue with parking? Will there be a fee based parking lot somewhere or is parking free? Is there parking at all at the engineering building?
If anyone in the SC area wants to play online don’t hesitate to add me. I need some local comp b/c laggy online play with 3 bars suck. I must be playing all Midwest and Westcoast people or something b/c matches get really laggy.
Well, at the engineering building there are alot of metered parks, but on saturday meter maids don’t work. So, we should have alot of parks, bring 2 cars if you like free of charge.
We also have about 20 parks infront of the building and a couple of parking lots scattered within walking distance of the building.
I just finished a meeting with ACM. I have someone working on a flyer as we speak. They tell me that it will be availible on Friday night. I can bring it to Digital Slugfest on Saturday.
Update: The manager that is sponsering us is on a Gamestop Conferece in Las Vegas… I’m Kinda Jealous, but we are still not sure how much credit or which games will have the game credit added to the pot. ST4 will be one of the games but im not sure if BB or SSBB will have credit added or how much. Thanks to all the people who are offering equipment. So far we are unsure if we need any, but i will keep you all posted. Finally, I am told we will have a tourney in Shaq Fu for fun. Im not sure if there will be a fee for that, but right now im goin to say 1 dollar for entree on that. I hope everyone will have fun and GET HYPE!!!

you may not remember me b/c we didn’t get to play each other but we both came in 5th at that ATL Waba tourney. You and Cajunstrike attended and Cajunstrike took it by beating JTO.
I really need good Gen experience as online is lacking. I rarely get to play good Gens and the only Gen player in Augusta I hardly see.

Just got a new 25" HD LCD monitor. 2ms response time, great color, HDMI. As stated, if you need any equipment we’ll see what we can get together. I’ll be using the monitor for the first time tomorrow at D’Avino’s.
