Filipino champ is the best Sim I’ve seen in the Bay Area, hands down. Sim has all the tools to beat any other character in the game and can really cause major problems for Sagat. For whatever my opinion is worth I think his Sim would be a fucking swiss army knife in the NorCal tool box.
