Game Lineup
Costs-$10 for each tournament, $20 COVER CHARGE for 1st tournament.
Remember. DON’T BE LATE. These are all tournament START times. We WILL START ON TIME. If you are late, you won’t be allowed to enter the tournament UNLESS we have an open spot to replace a bye on the bracket. You ALSO will be required to pay an extra $10 if you are late. This means, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ENTERED and SOMEONE HAS PAID FOR YOU BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TOURNAMENT TIMES. DO NOT ASSUME you are in the tournament unless you have PAID or someone has PAID and entered your name.
Another rule we are enforcing in FULL EFFECT. Have your controller/joystick READY when your name is called for your match. If you are sharing, and someone else is in a tourney, you will be passed for another match. If there are no other matches we can do, you WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Sharing controllers/converters holds up tournaments, so make sure you have your stuff ready to go. You have a 4 month notice since we are notifying everyone NOW about it.
The Top 2 players from Sf4 and HDREMIX tournaments will bypass pools/qualfiers at EVO WORLDS in Vegas.

3PM-Super Street Fighter II Turbo (Arcade) 2/3 Double Elimination (with PlayStation controller ports)
5PM-Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix (PS3) 2/3 Double Elimination
7PM-2 VS 2 Street Fighter III: Third Strike (Arcade) (with PlayStation controller ports) Double Elimination ONE MATCH set 2 vs 2.
Midwest EVO SF4 5 on 5 Qualifier info:
This will take place on Friday June 12 5PM at Midwest Championships/EVO North
Anyone wishing to play in this tournament MUST have already signed up for EVO and I will be checking if you have with Wizard.
We will be having 4 free entry tournaments to decide the final spots on the team
The format will be 2/3 rounds 2/3 Matches Single elimination
You MUST stick with the same character throughout the ENTIRE tournament(s). No counter-picking. Your character will be signed to your name upon registration.
Once a character has won a tournament that character is banned from all the tournaments that follow it. As of right now the only character banned is Sagat.
This tournament is open to anyone that is a Midwest resident but please only enter if you are serious about representing MW at EVO and are 100% for sure going.
Saturday June 13
11AM-Street Fighter IV (PlayStation 3 version) 3/5 one match POSSIBLE. Vote may happen for 2/3, 3/5 depending on entrants. Double Elimination (rules may change to one match if entrant levels are HIGH)
6PM-Marvel VS Capcom 2 (Arcade version) (with PlayStation controller ports) Double Elimination 2/3
8PM-“Mystery Tournament” (Winner Takes ALL, random games, random systems)
Sunday June 14
11AM-Super Smash Bros Brawl (Community Rules, whoever knows this game well and has Wiis and wants to help, please contact me ASAP) (Devil Digimon and another player will be running this, I will be providing SIGN UP LISTS ONLY, they will run and create the bracket for this)
2PM-Guilty Gear Accent Core (PlayStation 2) 2/3 Double Elimination
5PM-Soul Calibur IV (PlayStation 3 version) 2/3 Double Elimination (Devil Digimon will be running this)
Any other tournaments run will be community run or “side tournaments.” These are the only official tournaments we are having.

if there’s time and interest, after these tournaments are done we can run NGBC, WHP, Fatal Fury Special, Monster (doujin game), Melty Blood AC Ver. B, or QOH 99 or 2k1. If we don’t run them friday night. then we don’t run them at all.

7pm - Akatsuki Blitzkampf, Fatal Fury: Real Bout 2, and we’re finishing any SNK tournaments that didn’t finish on Friday when FFRB2 is finished.
