There is no judgment feature in SF4. The achievement is talking about winning by time over, not by judgment.

mainly MvC2, im getting a new stick for DC to play marvel at EVo, but if it might change i’ll just invest in a ps3 stick. Is there a chance it will change?

I’m sure this has been answered I just can’t find it. Since everything is ps3. I only have a ps2 stick and a 360stick that im too scared to dual mod. but i’ve read there is ps2 to ps3 converters. And that they work great, so if this is true I can just bring my ps2 stick and be set correct?
That’s correct. However, since EVO is a BYOC event, you’ll want to find a PS2 to PS3 converter beforehand. I recommend one of the pelican ones if you can find one. Good luck.

So we will be playing with the PS3 controllers right? So is it safe to assume that I need to start practicing with the default buttons. I change mine up when I play, but I’m guessing we won’t be allowed to do this at EVO??
Oh, and with these converters and everything, is there a way I can use my 360 controller, if I get the right converter??
If you would have read, Evo is a BYOC event so you have to provide your own controller/arcade stick.

No there is no reliable 360>PS3 converter.
No you are allowed to rearrange your buttons.
For your second question, I don’t believe there have been any reliable 360 to PS3 converters out there.

No. Xbox keeps their peripherals pretty "lock and key"ed. You have plenty of time before evo. Try to procure a fight stick (arcade stick) by either buying one online, getting lucky and finding one at a gamestop or something or even building your own. Won’t be easy, but it’ll be worth it.
