Mine do have the edges smoothed out, it’s one of the reasons they are flame polished, the process melts the sharp edges into the overall edge.
Just had 10 full TE plexi’s cut, so for the people who have ordered some expect them Thursday/Friday. And for anybody after one feel free to let me know.

Think the art is by Tachimawari, fantastic picture nonetheless. Edges need flame polishing. And damn you Art for not having quite the same dimensions as my TE full plate :wgrin: .

But why is the guide for screws in a different place?
As I mentioned, Art’s template was used as a quick fix. The holes art has on his template in the areas past my corners I’m not sure why they are there, the holes for my Plexi sit perfectly flush above the 6 original holes. I just wanted this art to show how it looked and may have misprinted it. The holes are huge for the buttons so in fact yes, it was definately misprinted.
Oh, at first that is what I thought you meant.
But then I changed that, and thought you talking about measurements for the Custom Panel.
