No plans for thinner plexi afraid. Also, would notbe able to countersink 2mm as you would be left with a big hole and too little grip (angled section) for the bolt.

oh allright, but I thought you are already making 2mm instead of 3mm? I was talking about the 2mm version when I ment thin.

Seriously, what is peoples obsession with thinner plexi? I love the 3mm stuff and i canā€™t see what advantage shaving a mil off would have.

Good to see you posting again Doomy, iā€™m glad you survived your monster shifts and even more glad that youā€™ve got an A3 printer! Update us as soon as its up and running to your satisfaction. Oh and before i forget, have you any idea at the moment what format youā€™re going to want artwork in?

I would like to purchase something similar, i.e. a custom stick with the sixaxis pcb so it is wireless and chargable. I can collect :slight_smile:

Im interested in getting a standerd TE 6 button plexi plus getting artwork printed, do you cut the artwork too as i can see myself making a mess of cutting buttons etc out

Matrix, custom cases are on the way as for wireless PCBā€™s, they are way off. Maybe a cabled PCB but again this is something for the futureā€¦

Guess I will order 3mm full plexi cover then with the sunken screws thingie then :slight_smile:

On phone at work, yay. Iā€™m thinking of doing some blank cases much like the one in my blog in sig. The round corners can be switched for square if wants but yeah, they make a nice base to put your buttons and sticks in, I have a stick build in this thread near the start which will give you a good idea as to what to expect. I have a few tweaks to add here and there, Iā€™m making one for gintor to get an early impression, hopefully for end of next week maybe slightly later.

Well itā€™s not going to be for the next month as I barely have time to do what I started with, ie stick covers. Going to start another thread to not make this one even more confusing. Iā€™m thinking Vevlix layout though, as many buttons as you want basically.

If I havenā€™t got back to you regarding plexiā€™s Iā€™m not being ignorant, dealing with them via my iPhone can prove a little on the confusing side and as mentioned earlier, Iā€™m devoting my only free weekend to sorting out where I am.
