I can do standard plexi printing myself at very high quality. A graphic, plexi and delivery to UK is 20 all in.

SE stick measured up, very similar to the TE so I’m expecting good things with that, Dreamcast Agetec measured up too. Will have photos midweek hopefully of the completed prototypes mid/end of week.

Working late, have some photos of countersunk plexi and startings of new stick which has folded acrylic forming the shell, should excite SE owners out there. C/sunk holes are no problem on any of the products I do. It’s not a case of whether I can do them it’s just a matter of if you want them

Bear in mind the distances of the acrylic had to be measured because of the folds stretching no CNC’d holes were made. I have the right dimension now and can just feed the file into the CNC and not have to holesaw them like i will with this prototype

Acrylic and body together, offset to show the acrylic. There will be support for art underneath and the stick will be a breeze due to the channels in the extruded aluminium. The entire underneath of the acrylic can be showing artwork, or the lasercut aluminium (photo I forgot to take) can be on show. 2mm diameter holes 2mm apart, much like cheese grater.

This is a new thermoform sheet we have, looks like carbon and this will sit on the sides wrapping the CNC’d MDF side sections. The stick will have the Vewlix layout much like the TE but look far nicer when done. I may have these for sale as well as my plexi’s. More pics to follow this week.

You don’t see many sticks without wooden cases on here, its really nice and clean.
If only you could get aluminium balltops and buttons you could make it all metal and plexi, you wouldn’t need artwork!
Cheers guys, im only using metal for weight. Nothing worse than stick sliding on table because the rubber feet arent depressed enough. Some metal can look nice, but generally only when its painted/anodised. The stainless holey stuff im using tho is sweet looking. Will get a pic tomorrow.

Hey all, the exhibition busy season just kicked off big style for my company officially so I havent had much time to myself at all. Hope i’ve kept everyone up to date via PM so far. If not, let me know again. I’m a day or so short with sending plexi’s out.
