the US joysticks I had seen looked awful, thick at the top and tapered off at the bottom. They just seemed to lack finesse or precision. It was just my hunch that opponents who used such bad sticks could not be better than me.

Honestly I’m glad he respects our scene because we don’t have the luxury of arcade machines at every damn station. We gotta make our own sticks most of the time , buy our own systems organize our own tournaments, make directions setup room accomadations etc. Japan they have their own set down cabs and shit we gotta be able to set on the floor or stand up side by side.
