I can vouch that Justin leaving didnāt start all this and most saw that Justin, among others, werenāt going to stick with EA years before. Justin leaving may have prompted people to actually post what they were thinking but the EA drama has been like the untold truth for years that people who live in the city know about. Some of the evidence against EA is true while some is ambiguous and kind of leaves important details out or is just reaching to hate. For example, how is Triforce telling Justin to remember to thank the community when he gets on the mic a bad thing, I thought that was a good thing. Also I found one of my posts from thread that got deleted:

Anyway Iām neither against the guy or supporting him but I still say this thread would have been more relevant years ago, I mean at this point, the majority of EMPās big names are in EG(or rather, at least enough of them for everyone to start hootinānāhollerinā over) and ānowā itās time to expose Triforceās evil scheming to the world? Who are we supposed to be effecting here? The people who are still āfallingā for his trickery? People who may fall for it in the future? Or has it just been a work in progress culminating to this convenient point in time?
So set the record straight then. You have a bevy of first-hand experience so I think people would be more inclined to believe what you have to say over the OP.

This post is also true. Some āpro fighting game playersā are broke and near homeless and have a dream to step up their game and the ARC provides shelter and a constant training environment. People should see the ARC for what it really is, not just a free ride that you can take just because you placed in a tournament. Having people help pay rent was expected and having Justin help with it helped carry the empire. Like I said, Triforce still probably has that dream to expand the fighting game scene, to make it big like Starcraft and kDNF (DFO in the US) are in Korea. A lot of drama stems from Triforce being disrespectful and his discrimination which was evident in several streams not yet linked in this thread which people even mock him for, plus his constant need for money causes him to diverge onto unethical and immoral means.

That was not the point of that video clip. The point of that video clip was to illustrate the mentality that Triforce is instilling in his players by telling them āwhen you inā not ā*if *you win.ā This implies the āwinning is the only optionā nature of Empire Arcadia. He is basically telling Justin, āyou are going to win, period.ā Let me know if that cleared it up.

Iām no fan of Arcadia, but I donāt think thatās necessarily a threat. It could just as easily be interpreted as, āYou got thisā.
EDIT: Thatās not to say that there isnāt a āWinning is allā mentality. But that statement in itself isnāt necessarily a bad thing.

Ok. Iām just gonna say this.
For SFIV/SSFIV, I am a nobody in that community, with the exception of knowing a couple of people who also/used to play Blazblue or Guilty Gear. Which would be no major player in the empire.
Not once at their tournaments over the last year did I feel I was being disrespected or treated rudely. Nor have I witnessed it. Unless you count getting addressed as a group as a pot monster on the stream, which could be FAR FAR FAR worse, I donāt count it as such. If the EMP people are better and win, then itās fair game for them to have the winnings, even if the purpose is a rent collecting session, because thereās nothing stopping a non-emp from going and winning it last time I checked. So from my perspective, the frequent tournaments do help the community.

Whatās up all. Just happen to be looking thru the SRK forums and came across a thread that said empire arcadia in it so I just want to say some things.
To the OP:
I noticed your tag says semi-auto demon and realized that I watched you on a BF Arcadia stream when I was in London. Now iāve been back about a 2 months now and I donāt know what happened with empire while I was on vacation but it seems you are not on good terms with them (iām not gonna say āusā because iām looking from the outside). I donāt know if you donāt like triforce personally or some or most of the empire members or what the empire does or whatever. Me looking in from the outside it just seems like a troll attempt or some that you donāt like them for some reason. Me reading every single post in this thread does not give me a reason to like or dislike the empire. Has something been done wrong to you in the past that you donāt like them for? Do you even dislike them? Seriously, whatās the point to this thread?
Iāve also noticed your tag Shinjo with numbers and noticed that you were on the stream chat of one of the the wednesday night arc streams. Now before Iāve read this thread, it seemed to me that you were just a troll or something. Since iāve read this thread, iāve said to myself that there has to be a reason why this person is putting him/herself through so much trouble to do all of this. Iām looking at this from the outside and I would like to know what has been done to you that is making you go thru so many lengths to do this. What is the point of this? So confusing.
Feel free to PM me and let me know the deal. No info will be shared with anyone of this matter (no I donāt live at the arc and triforce is not over my shoulder looking at my post for those of you who think like that). Or if itās not a private matter, I think that the thread viewers at the least, deserve a right to know what the reason is of the OP to make such an extensive post breaking down the empire if there even a reason.
As far as contracts goes, they do exist. Iāve read and signed one as well as any other member that is legally bound to the empire.

Whatās up man, i donāt mind sharing info on what iāve given to and gotten from the empire. I have been one of the establishing members of the empire since 2002 (I was 16 then and iām 24 now). I legally became apart of it in 2004 when I turned 18. Before then, I was always apart of the fighting game scene and I also used to play smash brothers competitively. The empire (triforce) has paid for my travels and tourney fees in countless tourneys in the past and also accommodations and food when I was 16 until i turned 18. In later times, I have also given back to the company and triforce. Iāve helped keep roofs over peopleās headās during hard times. Given tournament travel money to people, and yes, iāve even helped to pay the arcās light bill, rent when they needed. So you say thatās a lot to do for people huh. Peopleās lives arenāt perfect and iām sure you know that. And believe me, I donāt just blindly give people money and things like and I realize when Iām doing enough for someone and they need to stand on their feet and do something for themselves. I hope my response helps to answer your question, but to be fair, this is just me. Maybe when others are asked or approached with the same question, they donāt want to lend out their own personal business or affairs they have with the company.
On a side note, I do look forward to moving to London later this year and becoming more involved with the scene in London and Manchester as far as England goes. See ya then blad.
As far as members in the empire goes (and iām not just talking about people in the arc) and former members of the empire, Iāve felt something like this was going to happen. I know myself that empire is not the most likable bunch. People have only settled with the empire because top players were apart of it. Now some are leaving and people are turning their backs the next hour. Iāve had my say with triforce about the whole letting people become empire because they are good. Just letting you know that I do talk to him about things like that. Some people are/were just in it for the ride, kinda like if something good happens, iāll be set because iām empire. Some people just want/ed to be apart of it because Justin was in it ([media=youtube]08S4poMGvwA[/media] and as men, this is sad). Triforce was getting Justin deals with companies so people tried to ride his coat tails. But whatās really the disturbing part to me is that people didnāt start leaving the empire until Justin started leaving. People canāt think for themselves these days?
